"Great staff. Parking was very hard to get to, at least it was free! Great shower pressure, great to stay with kids and good small breakfast (they even made me a sou capuccino!). Beds were not so good"

"Very helpful reception staff breakfast staff were very efficient. Good breakfast which was suitable for all diets. Italians don't drink milk in their tea so they don't supply in the rooms, asked for milk at reception and was provided. Rooms weren't cleaned daily but towels changed "

"The halls are seriously dark and feel unsafe. The restaurant hours are terrible. The staff was not helpful and the rooms are not well kept: things are falling apart, one of the windows didn't work and there was saran wrap over the smoke detector. Seriously bad vibe all around. "
