"Absolutely didn’t expect everything we got here! The best surprise was locked assigned parking and full access to relaxation facilities. The pool had music underwater, well worth it. The room could use new furniture but the view made up for it. Loved the nice touch the fresh fruit on the counter made. Such a good experience here."

"We were given a friendly welcome and found our room to be very spacious and clean. We could have used more pillows (only one was provided). Breakfast was good. We were told about the wellness centre and told it would be open at 5pm, but it did not appear to be open, so we missed out on using this facility. "

"The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. The air conditioning unit in our room was old and had a hard time keeping the room cool when it was really hot outside. The unit is also a bit noisy. The room was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well equipped. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street and 15 minutes from the lake."

"The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner. But the spa was superior and Sebastain and the other lady gave excellent massages. Would highly recommend staying in this luxurious hotel. "
