"Room is clean and in order. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was very informative and cordial. The hotel staff is friendly. The next morning, we checked out early and needed the shuttle pickup. The hotel staff provided us pickup time information. She told us that we can wait inside as the shuttle driver will stop at the front of the hotel. After waiting inside, we decided to wait outside as the shuttle was running behind schedule. WHen he finally came, he helped us with the luggage and we got in the shuttle. The driver went to his next stop but seeing no one waiting outside, he just drove past the next hotel and didn't stop. And my wife and I thought, it was a good thing that we went ahead and waited outside; otherwise, we would've missed our flight. The hotel staff staff may need to inform guests that they must wait outside, in front of the hotel, unless a pickup spot has been agreed to."
