This Bermuda themed cottage is a charming getaway for anyone looking to either stay-put and enjoy the beautiful views and recreation of Cayuga Lake while relaxing and recharging. Or, if you are looking to venture out to experience all that the Finger Lakes has to offer this convenient location will be perfect. Located right on the water on the west side of Cayuga Lake makes for numerous options like; boating, fishing, wine touring, state parks, gambling, dining, concerts, shopping, theater, festivals, racing and much more. This oasis of comfort and serenity is a perfect choice for comfortable accommodations, neat and clean quarters, beautiful views, and easy travel to an abundance of amenities and fun adventures.
This one bedroom one bath cottage sleeps two comfortably in the private bedroom with a queen size bed. Clean linens; towels, washcloths, sheets, pillow cases, blankets are provided.
Property information: The property will be private for your use, this includes; off road parking area (two car maximum), 900 sq. ft. cottage, north and south beaches, cottage deck, dock, and large sunning deck at the end of the dock. ***Property owners reserve the right to access their boat via the stairs and dock.
Other amenities: Propane grill, fire pit, washer and dryer, two window unit air conditioners and electric heat, Wifi, two smart TV's, and basic kitchen, bathroom, laundry and miscellaneous staples provided.

Weekend getaway
This was our second time coming to Eric’s cottage! We always enjoy the view, dock and porch of this lovely place. We had a great time. Only thing that was a little off putting was the amount of ants and lake bugs in the cottage itself. There will always be bugs however ants covering our food when waking up is not the best. We aleast ensured that doors and windows were shut I did make Eric aware and he was quick to respond. Overall a great time!

Bermuda Sunrise was a perfect anniversary getaway!
My wife and I really enjoyed this clean and tidy lakeside cottage. The location is excellent for exploring wineries on Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake, and only a 55 minute drive to the east side of Keuka. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and host Eric was easy to contact. This is a perfect rental for two.

Amazing cottage on Cayuga lake!
This place was so perfect for a getaway in the finger lakes! It was stocked with everything, clean, and centrally located while also being private and remote. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

The best getaway
The cottage was absolutely perfect and the best getaway for my boyfriend and I. The house had everything we needed, and we really couldn’t beat being right on the lake. We enjoyed a day of wineries and a day just chillin’ at the house. The house was so accommodating and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Sweet Cottage on Cayuga
Beautifully decorated waterfront cottage, perfect for 2! We spent a relaxing 4-day weekend at Bermuda Sunrise, fabulous weather allowed us to make the most of the outdoor spaces (beach with firepit, decks overlooking and on the water). Quiet and fairly private. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, just wonderful! Close to many Cayuga wineries; we enjoyed old favorites Buttonwood, Knapp, and Sheldrake. About a 20-minute drive to Seneca gold coast. Eric was a great host! We hope to return soon!

If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained home away from home, and a site that’s tucked away from the rush and the crowds, look no further. We really enjoyed our stay on the lake. It was our first stay on Cayuga and we were not disappointed. The cottage is cozy and cute. We grilled on the deck most evenings and loved the sunrises in the morning. We ventured out every day to wineries, parks and trails, and won a little at local casinos. It was a lovely 39th anniversary getaway.

Perfect for your honeymoon!
We had such a nice time staying here on our honeymoon. The cottage is perfect for two, and we enjoyed our mornings/evenings watching the sky change on the lake. The area is wonderful and has many local grocery stores where you can purchase fresh produce. Make sure to go hiking in the area while there- so many beautiful waterfalls!

If you are looking for a getaway on a clean beautiful lake - this is the place. Fabulous deck! Close proximity to wineries, breweries, great restaurants, fresh produce at farm stands, and local history. Check out the Womens National Hall of Fame, Visitor's Center and Wesleyan Chapel run by the National Park Service.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway
5 Stars! Eric went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even letting us utilize one of the boat lifts and allowing us to store our boat trailer in his yard. We spent the mornings sipping coffee on the end of the dock, afternoons boating, and evenings around a fire. The bed was comfortable, the view was amazing, and the amenities at the house were outstanding. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic getaway
This is a perfect place on the lake. My wife and I loved the location (within 45 minutes of countless wineries) and spent most our free time sitting on the dock and enjoying the peace and quiet. The amenities are great, the two window AC units do a great job of cooling the place down and we had no issues with any appliances. The check in and check out process were very easy and the owner was easy to get ahold of and talk to if needed. Would 100% stay here again.
