"The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but also remarkably attentive — they knew guests by name and remembered individual requests. All of our preferences were accommodated promptly and to the highest standard. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistently excellent and scheduled at a time that was most convenient for us. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, our experience was seamless and exceeded expectations. "We were here for only one night due to a train transfer to Rome airport but this was an excellent choice. There is an underground tunnel immediately outside the front door that leads to the train station. Breakfast opened at 7am which was perfect considering most other hotels we stayed at started later. This allowed us to grab a quick bite prior to departure. The area outside can be quite congested due to the train station but it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 20-25 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. At breakfast ( located at the 5th level), the spread was abundant and we were blown away by the views including the Duomo. There is an outstanding rooftop as well. The room was large by European standards with a very high ceiling and wood coffered. They had complimentary cold drinks and juices in the fridge. All in all, we had stayed here 20 years ago and were very impressed with the updates and the makeover. The staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Would easily stay here again. "

"So fun! It was my wife, 2x kids (9 & 11) and I in the cabin/pod and it was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast at the cafe, rented bikes to ride into downtown Florence ( 20min), ride back for some pool time and change for dinner, and then ride to a restaurant of your choosing. It was a perfect change of pace from the other places we visited. Would 100% stay in the place again. This community is of course all tourists, but sorry to say nearly 60% of the city was tourists… insane busy."
