"The hotel is very nice and is in a great location right by Bernini Square. Trevi Fountain is close an you can walk there in 7-10min. Viviana and Andrea are absolutely fantastic hosts. Always there to help especially with booking transfers or ordering taxi etc. Tey really added to our experience with recommendations etc. Hotels.com canceled my reservation without even trying to charge my card and Viviana made it right and rebooked even during Jubile and with Pope up for a vote so it was busy. She is the absolute best. Very easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband, 2 children and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. If you can rent one of the spa rooms, they were amazing and so relaxing, highly recommend. Beds were comfy and pillows were phenomenal. They cleaned the room everyday and replenished everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and the restaurant had great food. The breakfast buffet was ok. The surrounding area was walkable, we felt safe and there were lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Quiet area and bus pick ups right outside the door. The taxi to the airport was only 1/2hr. We walked to the Colosseum in 45 minutes, and it was a lovely walk."
