"I visit Italy yearly. This property is in the Piazza Bologna area - professional working people and university students. The Metro/subway is right at the Hotel entrance - 18euro gets you a three day pass for the metro and buses. Go to your left 50 feet and there are numerous places for your morning caffe and places to buy flowers for your friends. I have eaten in several of the local ristoranti in the piazza - all excellent. Super market around the corner to the left or the right - very well...

"Prenoto una camera per tre persone, al nostro arrivo manca un letto che ci viene portato dopo alcune ore e sulla coperta ci sono macchie. La camera "vista città" affaccia sul cortile interno del palazzo e il davanzale della finestra è pieno di mozziconi di sigarette. Dalla porta accanto abbaiano dei cani. Il bagno in comune è sporco. L'unica luce della stanza è quella della plafoniera, non ci sono abatjour e la piantana è senza lampadine. Provo ad accendere la televisione e il telecomando non...

"Tendo a dare due opportunità, errare è umano, ma questo gestore è davvero scorretto e spocchioso. Prenoto per le notti tra il 19 e 21 settembre. Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. Scopro poi che la struttura che si chiama Movie...

No mini fridge (was broken) so they drop off water , juicebox andcoffee pod for machine If you need taxi, ask attendant for a reference "

"I booked for 5 people in on room. When we came to the hotel, we had to pay 30 euro for a extra bed. We had already payed for 5 people. The woman in ten reception did not speak English. So it was hopeless to start a argument. The hotel was just over the metro so every 6 minutes, the room was shaking."
