"We rented a room with a balcony, and were delighted with the accommodations. Plenty of room for our family, great location (close to the Spanish Steps), and the apartment was equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator & washing machine. It was like having an actual home in Rome, and the staff were very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return!"

"Huge room with vaulted ceilings. Closet is small and not many plug outlets so make sure to pack light and bring outlet spliter for all your electronic devices. Very walkable to everywhere in Rome including Roma Central and nearby metro stop. We did arrive late and used WhatsApp to communicate with very easy instructions with pictures so we knew we were in right room. Enjoy the tight elevator. When in Rome do as the Romans do. Get squished ;)"

"It’s in the heart of the Piazza di Spagna district. Great location to walk to all the major sites. It is right over one of the streets so there is restaurant noise but the windows were pretty thick so it wasn’t hard to fall asleep. Great room! "

It wasn’t too far from the Termini and it was only 1 street away from the Santa Maggiore, but the atmosphere was much calmer than I expected. It was a nice surprise. "Great little find. We were a little disconcerted when we found our room was right next to reception, however, we were out sight seeing so much we were barely there whilst reception was staffed. Considering it is situated on a busy road we couldn't hear a thing from our room. It is one of a number of different hotels in the seem complex.
