"Cleaning services was horrible. The bathroom was always dirty, the shower didn’t drain and the water was all over the floors. The sheets smell dirty. The only thing good about it the hotel is nearby train station and restaurant."

"If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!"
