Close to a lot of attractions. It was very easy to get in and out of, contrary to other reviews. You do need cellphone service for ease of entry and exit. There are also a lot of food choices in the area. We staued in triple room and we had enough space. The beds was also comfy. We were able to walk almost everywhere and when we needed a taxi, it also was not hard to get one.

Room was in an absolutely great location. Walkable to too many, restaurants, bars and tourist spots to count. Room itself was clean, updated. Bed was comfortable. A quick walk up a flight of stairs, not too much trouble. Working the lock system take a little getting used to but other than that was a great spot and would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel not marked on street, no signs, door locked and only able to enter after calling number of hotel. Internet did not work but room was good.

Sign in key for the main door doesn’t work and having difficulty retrieving the physical key from the lockbox. Wifi stopped working for 2 days before we left. The room is superbly clean, and very convenient to shopping and scenic spots.

Situated in a great location, spacious room with a shared kitchen/ common room. We didn’t cook in the property so we can’t comment on this but the room had everything you needed with air conditioning which was perfect during the hot summer days! The only downside was that the code was not working to be able to get into the building, I had to call to get another access code. Luckily I had data on my phone and was able to get in contact with someone to help me out. Also another issue was that the door knob completely fell off the door but luckily it was an easy short term fix. Would be better if the door was a little more secure.

Property was nice, the doors are heavy but it would have been nice to have an extra lock as the door to our room are old and don’t seem too secure. We found the website used to access the doors to be a bit bothersome at times as we are international travelers so our wifi was a bit spotty but other than that the room was clean and comfortable and it had Netflix. The host was very accessible via WhatsApp and we didn’t have any issues other than the minor technical issue that was out of their control.

The place was very clean and very well maintained, and very modern considering other places in Rome. Amazing location. My only issue was the logistic of opening the doors. I had to make sure I had battery and data (considering im a turist and most of the time we ran out of battery and do not have an internet plan on the country), and also it kept glitching and had to contact support. The support was very good, but I had to constantly call for assistance. For me it was tedious and inconvenient, I cant believe how much worse it would be for an older, less technological person. Other than that, amazing.

Location of this property is the best I have never had among all of my visit in Roma. Good to have WhatsApp to contact the owner regarding to instructions how to access my room and resolve the hot water problem during my stay. Owner responded promptly as needed.

Super bem localizado, limpo e confortável. Atendimento por whatsapp rápido e gentil. Conseguimos 1 hora de late checkout. A entrada do prédio precisa de reforma, porém o quarto é moderno e aconchegante. Uma pintura no chão do boxe do box do chuveiro e na parede do banheiro tornaria mais bem acabado, porém não atrapalhou em nada nossa hospedagem. O único incoveniente é não ter onde deixar as malas com segurança caso precise, pois não tem recepção, tudo é remoto e digital. Tem um café em frente ao hotel.

Muy bien ubicada, el edificio cuando ingresas sientes que estas en el lugar equivocado, pero ya en las habitaciones estan muy comodas, limpias y excelente ubicación, puedes hacer todo caminando! Mi recomendación es revisar el correo dias antes de llegar para hacer check in en linea, de lo contrario pierdes tiempo valioso!
