Beautiful place / Perfect location

This apartment in Trastevere is really a perfect place to stay while in Rome. Quiet part of the area but plenty of shops and restaurants near by you can easily walk to and taxis are readily available to take you to the ancient city part of Rome. The apartment is big and beautiful as well as very secure with a cool old style lift. Easily would accommodate 8 people. Simone and Vito are the Best!! Vito met us at the property and Showed us all the little particulars about the place. Just book it and thank me later!

The address given is incorrect in the listing - the apartment is a block down the road so my parents (83 & 85 yrs old) had to pull their luggage for a block. "Simon" - property mgr dictated the temperature that you could set air to. Simon also surprised us with a 3Euro per day per person charge that he demanded in cash. Apparently VRBO was experiencing issues and did not charge my card for the final payment which was unknown to me so on day 2 while we were all in the Almafi Coast my husband and I start to receive calls and texts from Simon stating that the payment wasn't made and if we do not make payment in 1 hour we will be evicted. We both had limited wi-fi so my husband was first trying to verify this with his credit card and we advised Simon that we would need to look into that. His exact words were to "Just Pay and Look Into LATER"!! Within minutes we paid the money however I had a little surprise when I went to bed that night...Mind you - we were gone for 13 hours that day so when we arrived back at the apt we went right to bed. I got myself ready, pulled my covers back, turned the lights off and went to climb into bed and found that my side of the bed was SOAKED!!! How?? It looked like "someone" pulled the comforter back and poured water on the bed. I had to strip the bed in order to sleep in it. That's when I noticed how disgusting the mattress & pad were!! I filed a complaint with VRBO incase "Simon" tried to say I did something to the bed.
