We present Villa Scini, a beautiful green and ecofriendly residence, completely renovated in September 2024. Located at 20 Via Antonio Ambrogio Alciati in the heart of the Acilia area of Rome you can enjoy silence and privacy. It is entirely surrounded by the manor garden which makes it intimate and independent. Distributed on two floors, it offers ample space, the interiors are cared for in every detail, with bright colors that give character and furniture chosen to offer comfort and functionality. All this makes Villa Scini a unique place for an unforgettable stay in the eternal city.



On the ground floor, the villa opens onto a large and bright living room, furnished to create a cozy atmosphere. Conceived as an Entertainment Room, there is a first area with extendable table to play and in the second, designed as a cinema room, there is a 75\" LCD TV with soundbar, a 3-seater sofa and several comfortable adjustable armchairs for optimal viewing. Continuing is the SPA Bath with a 2-person bath with chromotherapy, relaxation area with kettle and herbal teas, complete the bathroom furnishings 2 reclining chairs to allow yourself a quiet rest after your bath. Finally there is a studio equipped with a beautiful table perfect for working, reading and using for your hobbies. The whole house is equipped with Ethernet and Wi-Fi sockets with fiber optic connection.



On the first floor, the villa has a large and bright modern kitchen, fully equipped with a dining table, ideal for meals with family or friends. The sleeping area includes three elegant double rooms all with independent balcony: two of them, the room \"Grigia\" and the room \"Verde\", share a spacious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower of 2 meters, while the third, the room \"Azzurra\", has a private bathroom always with large walk in shower, ensuring comfort and privacy. Each room is furnished with a style that combines classic charm with modern and colorful details, designed to offer a pleasant and refined stay.



The outdoor spaces are a real strength: the kitchen balcony is equipped with an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying sunny days, while the private garden offers a quiet corner surrounded by greenery, complete with a convenient parking space.



Villa Scini is in a privileged location for exploring Rome. The proximity to public transport, 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to reach the Ostiense metro that connects with all other lines of Rome, allows you to reach in a short time all the main tourist attractions of the Eternal City.
