Franseco was a very nice gracious host. His guesthouse is very nice and I was very impressed. He is located walking distance from the Metro stop. I will stay here on my next trip to Rome. The neighborhood is safe and the building is nice too. It is located walking distance to the Vatican.

Personal super freundlich. Zentral gelegen und moderne Ausstattung. Dusche in Zimmer 2 sollte repariert werden. Und großes Frühstück sollte besser definiert werden, 1 Cappuccino, 1 Orangensaft und 1 Croissant sind in Deutschland kein großes Frühstück. Wir können es sonst nur wärmstens Empfehlen. ;-) J. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und sehr nahe zum Vatikan und einer Einkaufsstraße mit interessanten Geschäften.

The room is clean for the most part, close to the Vatican. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, the larger pull out was fine, but they had this small chair with a twin pull out that was like sleeping on the floor, absolutely horrible! The shower was full of mold and disgusting, it took a lot to get my kids in there, So gross! The shower leaked water everywhere and it was very difficult to get hot water, we took so many cold showers, which is horrible in the middle of November. We did keep finding these bugs, not sure what they were. The so called breakfast was a card for each occupant to do to a restaurant for a tiny croissant and a small coffee, not very filling for my family full of big guys. So don't depend on the breakfast, unless you're anorexic or a bird. We tried to look past most items, but what made this stay so disappointing was the rude woman who works, (sometimes, usually chatting with friends on the phone) in the front lobby. Every contact with her was so incredibly rude, we asked her if she could help us arrange to have some tickets picked up for us, we were totally happy to compensate accordingly. She tells us no she can't help us, she's busy! That evening our power went out, next morning I text her to let her know, she blames us for it and tell me basically tuff luck, we'll have to wait until she got in at 9. Just not very good people skills, no interest in helping guests with needs. She's the reason I'd never go back there or recommend this place.

Muy Bien situado cerca Vaticano. Barrio agradable. Al llegar la chica que nos atendió estaba acabando de limpiar La habitación fue amable en todo momento. Nos entregó las llaves y ya no volvimos a ver a nadie en los 3 días. Las llaves no abrían bien la puerta de abajo y en 3 ocasiones no pudimos entrar en la finca hasta que alguien que iba a otro piso no abría la puerta exterior. No había nadie para reclamar. Y el teléfono no lo cogen. El estado del baño muy deficiente, la ducha muy deteriorada con el suelo manchado y amarillento y óxido en varias zonas. No había nadie para reclamar y el teléfono no lo cogen. El desayuno es en un bar que está a 50m en la misma calle y es bastante patetico, un mini zumo un café y una pasta (la que ellos te ponen) 1 croisant mediocre. El metro está cerca y hay varios restaurantes en la zona si no fuera por eso la valoración hubiera sido aún peor.

Excelente atención y servicio

Estuvimos sólo una noche pero todo muy bien. La encargada fue muy amable y servicial. El hotel estuvo limpio y cerca al Museo del Vaticano y la Basílica de San Pedro. Incluso el Coliseo Romano si te gusta caminar puedes ir a pie.

Ottimo

Posizione strategica per visita al Vaticano ed ai Musei. Buona scelta anche per raggiungere lo stadio olimpico a piedi senza utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Pulizia della camera ottima, zona assolutamente silenziosa ma vicino a molti locali e ristoranti e vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana. Da notare: la colazione è al bar a 50 metri!

perfektní umístění hotelu - cca 200 metrů od Vatikánu, příjemní lidé na recepci, hezké moderní pokoje, čisté - každý den úklid, snídaně v kavárně v blízkosti hotelu, pokoj s kuchyňkou včetně vybavení, celkový dojem z pobytu velmi příjemný

great location!

The location was outstanding, and the service is amazing. The problem was the room(s) themselves. The bathroom looked new but cheaply renovated with a terrible shower. One room's shower smelled like mold and the other shower doors would not close, leaking water, and the walls of the shower moved like they were not connected. I could hear people clearly in their rooms when i walked through the hall ways, the doors odiously were not sound proof at all. I hate to write a bad review because the consumer service was great and they gave me such great tips on the area, but i would like to be absolutely truthful here. I regret staying at this B&B.

Siamo stati messi subito a nostro agio ! Il personale davvero disponibile in tutto le camere ben fatte molto curate nei minimi dettagli , posizione eccezionale a due passi da San Pietro e 5 min a piedi dal centro tutto super pulito.
