The housekeeping lady was super helpful and nice. Our stay was really good, and what’s great about it is the fact that it’s super near of everything, specially the Colosseum. Great experience.
We had a great time in Rome .This Ab&b was perfect! Location and staff help with local transportation advice was great! A+! To Angie!!!!!
Such a neat and comfortable Suite with a kitchenette. Ice crub trays would be useful. We would highly recommend this hotel !
The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the colosseum, coffee shops and restaurants. There was a little corner shop just below and the staff there were super nice too. The tram and buses stopped right outside so it was easy to get to other places too we had the pleasure of meeting the lady who cleaned and she was so sweet. I would highly recommend this place.
It’s hard to describe exactly what this place is, but if you’re expecting it to be like a hotel, it is not. There is no front desk or staff on-site, and the only way to contact someone is through WhatsApp by calling. We messaged asking for additional sheets and it took about 6 hours to get a response, which was frustrating.
The room itself was clean, and there is daily housekeeping. The cleaning lady was very sweet and did a great job. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working during our stay.
The location is good and very close to the Colosseum, which was convenient. Just be aware that the area can be quite loud at night.
Overall, I would recommend knowing what to expect before booking, this is more of a serviced accommodation than a traditional hotel experience.
Great stay in Rome! The location was perfect — about a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The place was comfortable and very convenient for exploring the city. It would be even better with a microwave onsite and perhaps a slightly bigger fridge, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to other travelers visiting Rome.
Such a lovely place to stay and so walkable! Coliseum was only a short 5 minute walk and is next to a lovely park. Felt very safe in the area and walked all over Rome at night. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful as well and quick to answer any questions we had. Air conditioning was also a plus! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!
The hotel is in a perfect location. It's a 7 minute walk from the Colosseum and the bus is right in front of the hotel. Downside was our air conditioning didn't work.
Although I arrived later than expected the check in was straightforward and the telephone help check in staff was very helpful. The room was spacious clean and fresh and was stocked with welcome teabags, instant coffee, mugs and a kettle. The air conditioning worked a treat. Considering it was so close to the Colosseo it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and book again. Excellent

So first you to need to understand THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It's a very quaint and charming little apartment. It's very much more like an air b and b.
It's an old building but fairly well looked after and in an absolutely amazing location.
The staff are responsive but you need WhatsApp. They were able to troubleshoot a backup in our shower in a few hours but it took a few hours and ate up a bit of one of our evenings in Rome :(
Overall we were satisfied but if you are looking for a full service hotel this is not the place for you. If you need a good spot to rest close to lots of restaurants and metro options, not to mention walking distance to the Colosseum, book here.
The room was modern and nicely done. It was a 5 min walk to the colosseum and many other major attractions in Rome. There is a fantastic restaurant on the corner next to the hotel as well as a short walk down to a very nice street with plenty of shopping and food.
Great place to stay and great location.
I was able to gain exterance no problem by using whatsapp
little place below to have a coffee and pastry before starting your day.
I read other reviews about having trouble getting in, but if you communicate with them before hand, its no problem
Pros - room was very clean! It was ready on time and fairly comfortable. Our room was on the quieter street so it was nice and quiet. It was handy to have a cafe downstairs.
Cons - For a double occupancy only 1 towel was left and 1 facecloth for 2 ppl. Not sure if they expected us to share. Someone did come to bring more linens but didn't appreciate having to request an additional towel.
There was no iron available to iron clothes.
The shower door was broken and kept rolling off the track.
The window was strange, I don't think it was broken but it was very hard to open.
The WiFi was poor quality and very spotty the whole stay.
There wasn't any communication other than checking is in. There was no one ever available to help us with maps or transportation or food recommendations.
Bottom line - nice in terms of cleanliness but further walking to attractions than we thought.
