About this space
“Soul of Rome” is an elegant and spacious 140 sqm apartment in a modern condominium. Located in a comfortable and very helpful area of Roma Sud, Tuscolano neighborhood. Thanks to the metro (line A), just 150 meters from the house, you can reach the historic center and the Vatican in a few minutes. A short walk takes us to the historic Parco degli Acquedotti to the Ancient Appia area. You can visit the Cinecittà Studios, Hollywood on the banks of the Tiber.
The space
“Soul of Rome” is an apartment full of natural light thanks to the large windows, its exposure. It is suitable for every type of stay: a couple's vacation, with friends or family, business or study stays, with its 140 square meters, it leaves space for the privacy of each of the guests.
Upon entering, you are captured by a bright, colorful and large living room with living area and dining area from which it is possible to access the large balcony.
Near the main entrance you access a service room to store the suitcases and one of the three bedrooms equipped with study/work area.
The large kitchen is finely furnished and fully equipped, to allow you, if you want, to cook your favorite dishes in peace, the colorful wall of the dining part is highlighted by the brightness of the two balconies where it is located.
The elegant and finely renovated master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of the large and bright master bedroom, with a windowed ensuite bathroom and equipped with a masonry shower and the bedroom for the little ones with bunk bed and space to free up the imagination.
With the accommodation, you can also have a large private car car, enjoy the large collection of books we put at your disposal, as well as games for adults and children.

Ways TO reach US:
From TERMINI STATION:
- take the metro line A towards Anagnina and get off at the "Numidio Quadrato" stop.
Fromthe CIAMPINO Airport:
- by taxi with a cost of about 30 euros,
- With the bus that connects the airport to metro Anagnina with a run of about 10 minutes, here take the metro A and get off at the "Numidio Quadrato" metro.
FromFiumicino AIRPORT:
- By taxi cost about 50-60 euros,
- By direct train "Leonardo express" cost 16 euros to Termini station then continue with metro line A,
- With regional train cost 8 Euro to Stazione Tuscolana, then continue with metro line A ,
- With Terravision Line bus, it costs 6 euros to Termini station then continue with metro line A,.
WITH the CAR.
At the entrance to Rome from the highway or state road take the GRA (GREAT ANULARE JUNCTION). Walk the GRA to EXIT 21 - Tuscolano M
Once you leave the GRA, continue towards Roma centro Via Tuscolana.
Other things to note
- Check-in after 8:00 pm upon request, according to availability and for a fee (from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm the cost is €20, from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am the cost is €30, to be paid in cash during check-in.
- According to the Italian legislation, the tourist tax of € 3.5 is applied per person per night for the first 10 nights, this will be withheld at the time of booking;
- Guests will be required to present a valid government-issued ID via email, or at the latest upon check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities;
- Guests will find a basic supply of linen and bath linen at each stay according to their number of cleaners for the care of the person and toilet paper.
- Children's and adult books and games are at your disposal, we only ask you to reposition them at the point where you took them, to facilitate our control work.
