Poor, basic hotel...would not stay again

Stayed at Soggiorno Comfort for three nights for a family trip. Was disappointed in the hotel and would not stay here again. The rooms were overall quite dated and very basic - beds all appeared to be cots. Showers were very old, rusted, and couldn't run for more than a few minutes at a time due to the drain to not working. I had reserved a triple room however upon check in was told that they triple room was not available until the 2nd night of our stay. We were put in a very small room that did not properly accommodate 3 people and we had no room for our luggage. We were moved the next night to a properly sized room. Hotel was unable to provide any regular hotel services...no workers were able to speak English. Used google translate to communicate. Hotel advertised that they could arrange car service to airport however when tried to arrange, was told this service was no longer available. Overall we were disappointed with the quality and service of the hotel. Would not recommend staying here and would not stay here again in the future.

La gentilezza e la simpatia di Francesco hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno piacevolissimo. La stanza è piccina ma strapulita e confortevole, e dotata di un comodo letto ad una piazza e mezza. Non aspettatevi grandi spazi in bagno, ma troverete comunque tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno. Per chi come me soggiorna per lavoro ed ha bisogno di un posto pulito come appoggio è perfetta! La zona è servita, a pochi passi dalla stazione e dai monumenti più famosi, nonostante questo è tranquilla e silenziosa. Che dire di più se non che ritornerò sicuramente! Grazie Francesco per l'ospitalità!

Un lugar quebno recomendaría

La verdad lo único bueno que tiene ese hotel es la ubicación está muy cerca de los puntos más turísticos como la fontana o el coliseo pero después horrible,preferí cambiarme a un hostal que fue hermoso y estar más lejos que quedarme ahí,las sabanas parece que no las habían cambiado porque habías pelos cuando las abrí,el desayuno te dan en la habitación y el que está en la recepción tiene muy mal humor,es muy caro para el lugar que es

Man får ikke hvad man har betalt for.

Jeg havde booket et værelse på 32m2 til tre personer, men blev de første to dage henvist til et lokale på ca 16m2. Efter to dage blev vi flyttet til et værelse på ca 25m2 - altså under hvad jeg havde betalt for. Da vi skulle betale skat på hotel-værelset kunne vi kun betale kontant, hvilket medførte vi må ud i byen for at hæve penge. På trods af hotellet havde mulighed for at vi kunne betale med kreditkort, nægtede de os den service. Ellers fint lejligheds-kompleks - ikke et hotel. Man spiser morgenmad på eget værelse - hvilket er ok.
