Molti disagi per individuare hotel per non corrette indicazioni nel sito “Hotel.com”. Infatti Hotel non si chiama “Smart Hotel”( da qualche anno!!!) come indicato nel sito ma “Moderno hotel”. Da informazioni ricevute “Smart” era il vecchio nome. Ingresso si trova in via Magenta 2 e non come, erroneamente, indicato in Piazza Indipendenza 13 bis. Da quest’ultimo indirizzo si accede al bar dell’hotel, gli addetti del bar non erano a conoscenza che il nome “Smart” era il vecchio nome. Il personale della reception è risultato scortese. La colazione da migliorare sia nella offerta che nella location.

Una notte a gennaio 2020 in junior suite Nel complesso bella esperienza personale cortese, uniche note negative la stanza pur essendo una suite non è molto grande e la colazione non troppo abbondante, completa ma si potrebbe aggiungere qualcosina. In zona ci sono molti parcheggi su strisce blu se si gira un po’ si trova posto.

L’impianto di climatizzazione e’ molto rumoroso tanto da disturbare il sonno. Ho spento la ventilazione in camera ma si sentiva in modo netto e fastidioso quella del corridoio

Sehr zentral gelegen, nur 3Minuten vom Bahnhof Termini entfernt. Frühstück perfekt. Service tadellos. Habe es mir gemerkt für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Rom.

Excellent stay

We spent only 1 night and it was amazing. They have small rooms but very confortable and clean. The personnel is very friendly and professional. Very well located, close to the Termini - Central station - and from some good restaurants and attractions. We had to leave very early in the morning (330am) and they offered of breakfast lunch as courtesy.

我們住2晚，星期一就要離開義大利。周日梵諦岡不開放，所以一定要周一去梵諦岡。但是，不幸地，地鐵關閉，我們只好搭公車。往返耗了交通時間，導致回來check out時間耽擱了。At 13:30 on19 Aug 2019,the front desk woman receptionist was very mad and in bad attitude to claim 30EUR for late check out punishment.No matter how I apologized or explaned the traffic Metro problem,she still complained and firmly unfriendly attitude.

場所はテルミニ駅からまぁ近い。 部屋のエアコンが最大にしても弱い。 部屋が狭い。 シャンプーとボディーソープ兼用仕様のアメニティ。リンス無し。 テレビが調子悪くリモコンが不作動。 写真は良く写っていたが、内装はテーブルなど木材部分が安普請で塗装が剥がれていたりしていた。 シャワー上がりに着替えスペースは無く、シャワードア出たらすぐに部屋。親子ならまだ良いが、友人同士なら気を使う。 朝食も代わり映えしなく、チープな感じだった。 部屋に湯沸かしはない為、レンタルを聞いたが無いと言われた。お湯は24時間あげると言ったが、別日に別のスタッフは時間が遅いからダメと言われた。 評価を見て決めたが、評価を下回るホテルであった。

Yleisarviolta hyvä. Ilmastointi toimi todella hyvin ja hotelli oli yleisilmeeltään uusi ja moderni. Sijainti oli meille sopiva. Ainoat miinukset tulevat meidän makuun suppeasta aamupalasta sekä melusta, jota kadulla oli sekä yöllä että aamulla(rakennustyömaa, huoneemme oli 1.kerroksessa).
