From the welcome at our Uber, immediate help with our luggage to the front desk. Impeccable service. Our experience was 5 star by all the staff !! Our stay was just one day. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Room was great, size a little tight but we were traveling with alot of luggage. Bed was very comfortable, shower/bath excellent. Toiletries scents were beautiful. Dinner was 5 star, again the service & attention to detail was outstanding. Very hospitable & everyone was very pleasant to speak to. Had an amazing stay at Singer Palace. From the second we walked in they pampered and spoiled us with everything we wanted and more! We looked forward to a delicious breakfast every morning on the terrace. Honestly was one of my favorite moments of the trip. It’s also a nice quiet retreat from the crowds outside as it is greatly located walking distance from Trevi, the Pantheon and the Colusseum. Highly recommend!
