Excellent location

This location was amazing and right in the middle of all the nice shopping and the Spanish steps. Very large bathrooms with big showers. Air conditioning worked very well in all the bedrooms. Easy to access and nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location

Staying here was a fantastic experience. Germana responding almost immediately to any question. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and easy to get anywhere by walking or using the metro. I’ve read some people had trouble getting in but it couldn’t have been easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again without question.

Excellent location

Great location near Spanish Steps neighborhood. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Large bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Host was very quick to respond to all messages. Only downside was a bit noisy outside during sleeping hours.

Excellent location to walk and see Rome

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and within walking distance of all the sights and shopping. There’s many delicious restaurants and lively bars very close. The host was helpful and allowed us to check in a bit early. Great communication!

Perfect stay!

Our stay in Rome was fabulous. Germana was so pleasant and accommodating to work with. She was so helpful in arranging transportation from the airport to her place, and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check in time. The location was 5-star! Close to many delicious restaurants and within walking distance to many Rome sites. Germana’s home was very clean and suited us perfectly!

It was large enough advertised for 10 but look like 9 could stay 8 comfortably. It was stocked with coffee sugar oil tea. Close to grocery stores and many options for dining. The online check in could be challenging for elderly or the non techie

Nice place near Spanish Steps

Apartment was as nice as advertised. Location is wonderful, off main road but very close to Spanish Steps and shopping area. Unit is well-maintained, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning units don’t blow much air, so it may be warm later in the summer on hot days.

Perfect!!

The apartment was very spacious and well-appointed and updated. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The location could not have been better and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The master bedroom was the best part, with a window that opened to the peaceful courtyard below. Best sleep in awhile! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Rome!

Best Location in Rome!

We loved the location of the apartment. It is right in the heart of the Spanish Steps area of Rome. The apartment was perfect for 4 friends to stay in comfort and with privacy when we needed it. Germana was available whenever we needed to contact her. The best was that she was able to give us a late check-out, which allowed us to get a bit more shopping in!

Location! Location! Location!

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Super central to most sites. Fabulous restaurants within 3 minutes walking. The apartment itself is updated, clean and comfortable. One minor thing, there is no elevator to the floor the apartment is situated on. We had big suitcases to drag up 3 floors but the building neighbor was such a friendly gentleman who immediately helped us. All in all we had a fantastic time and would love to come back again. Rome Spanish Steps

Great location to see all the sites in Rome as short walk to the Metro station by Spanish Steps and the system is cheap and faster than taxis. Tons of good restaurants and shopping around the apartment. Apartment worked well for my family of 5 who are all adults. The door inside a door to access the building made us feel like we traveled back in time to ages past, very fun! We brought travel clothes line to supplement the big clothes drying rack. Also unit front door is skeleton key and someone in the building helped us figure it out as not accustomed to that type. Great place to stay and run all over Rome!

Great location

The location was excellent-near restaurants, shops and lots of history. Very clean. Though it indicates second floor, it’s actually 3 flights to the door. The fireplace and second bedroom with two beds was a little misleading. They were not on the premises. Check in process on line was cumbersome. We, unfortunately, ran into the train strike and had to change our plans. We had to leave a day early and was not granted a refund for the last day.. The cancellation policy, according to Vrbo Host was 30 days. After reviewing the cancellation policy it was noted that hosts can adjust their policy as needed. We did enjoy Rome and all that it had to offer!

Perfect location & great apartment

Clean, well stocked, beautiful apartment with high ceilings and huge windows that open to the streets below. Restaurants, shopping and many historical sites just steps away! A safe place to enjoy living like a local. Tips..entry is thru the massive arched wooden doors that close at night,it has a pedestrian doorway that requires the other house key for entrance from the street.Its on the “American” 3rd floor (they count the ground floor as 0 then first floor up as 1 and so on)the keybox is hanging on the door. The skeleton key is for the lower lock only. There is a very small elevator (lift) under the stairwell. You have to pay a small tax per person as well as send a picture of the passport of each person and that was for every property we stayed in Italy no big deal but was not expected. If we ever make it back will absolutely stay at this property again!

Location, location, location! Super easy, walk to the Metro line, Spanish steps, and to great shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. The house had everything we needed. We also love the café just below and the market right around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the noise at night- it was warm so we had the windows open. The place is right in the middle of the city so noise was expected. Just more than we had thought. The key to the outside door took some getting used to. The online link didn’t always load to open the door. Minor things. Rome was amazing!
