It is a nice property It does say on the VRBO Site that check in is 2 pm That is one reason we picked it. We were told when we got there 3 pm Patrick did try to get us in earlier than 3 pm Patrick was a great host and checked on us often.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is the real selling point of this property….steps from the Pantheon. The flat was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation in Rome. The owner and his associates were kind, helpful and very responsive. I would stay here again.

We had a nice stay. The communication was excellent and they accommodated our late arrival and made arrangements for a private car to pick us up. The location was excellent - you walk out the front door and cross the sidewalk and your at the Pantheon. We felt safe and were able to walk to a lot of the major attractions or catch a taxi easily. Apartment was cute and spacious.

Amazing location and communication

Literally 20’ away from the Pantheon. Walking is easy and recommended if you’re younger to go to the Colosseum and Vatican (~25 min in each direction). AC works. Andreas was super communicative and helpful during our stay!

The Loft

This place was great. Everything within minutes including restaurants, food store, street food, banks, and taxi stand. Also, central to the city if you prefer to walk. Quiet neighborhood and friendly host. Coulld not have been better!

Great Location!

Perfect location directly next to the Pantheon. Drawback was a low ceiling second floor, maybe 6 ft high. Bathroom is quite dated, when in shower anyone of normal height - I am 5 ft 9 in - cannot stand because the tub is too high and the ceiling too low. The unit was very clean. It certainly was a good stay!

Good property!

The outdoor property was spacious and clean, and the property manager was excellent in all communications. He even told my family about a church that we visited and enjoyed. Great place with an excellent location. The air conditioner struggled to keep up with the extreme heat but we had a very good experience.

Warm and Inviting

We arrived in Rome early in the morning and I requested an early check in. Our host was so accommodating even though he had other guests checking out. The apartment was clean and so comfortable. The location is amazing. There’s a cafe right there and the Piazza della Rotonda is within steps of the apartment door. Stay at this place without hesitatation!

Loved our stay. Patrick and Andrea were wonderful. Answered quickly and so helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The Pantheon was just out the back door. A wonderful restaurant around the corner as well as the taxi stand. And the elevator was much needed. Perfect!! Thank you.

Perfect location, large property

This very large two story apartment is literally steps from the Pantheon, along with amazing restaurants and shops. The property managers care about your stay and met us for check in, showed us around and followed up the next day to see if we needed anything. The ceiling in the bathroom is a little low, however, not an issue for us…the rest of the property is perfect. We had a flight delay issue, and the property managers did everything they could to make sure we had a place to stay. We moved to an equally impressive property for the unforeseen delay. They truly care about their customers. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment.

Pantheon plus

This is the closest you can stay to the Pantheon without being inside it! It’s literally next door and very convenient to walk to all the sites in the Old city. It has a large bed in the loft area upstairs and room for a couple others on a pullout in the living room. The kitchen is perfect if you wanted to cook a few meals but the area is full of great restaurants to try as well. The host was great in communicating with me on WhatsApp to arrange to get the keys and checked in regularly to see if we had any concerns. My only issue was that the ceiling height upstairs is around 6’1” and when taking a shower in the bath tub we had to kneel. So basketball players be warned 😁

Perfect location

Apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. All of the famous sites are within walking distance - even the Vatican and Colosseum (about 25-30 minutes), but there is a taxi stand literally right outside the door if you’d prefer that option (about €8-10 to each in June 2023). Despite its proximity to the Pantheon and a very crowded piazza, there was practically no noise inside the apartment. There are several nice (if a bit touristy) restaurants, pizzerias and gelato shops within a very short walk. A recently-opened Rome location of the famous Florence sandwich shop - All’antico Vanaio - was just around the corner. There was also a great grocery store 2 blocks away. Andrea, the property manager, texted daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we texted him. A/C worked very well. On the negative side, the only bedroom and bathroom were upstairs where the ceiling was just 6 feet high, and the door between them was about 5’9”. I am 5’11” and hit my head multiple times. And anyone taller than about 5’7” will struggle even further fitting under the shower nozzle. Also, our teenager thought the sofa bed on the lower floor was a bit stiff. All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Location, location, location!! Andrea and Patrick were great - communication was excellent. Patrick helped us arrange a transfer and Andrea was punctual in getting us checked in and checked on us regularly. The convenience of location was perfect. Taxi stand right out front. And for being in such a popular tourist site the building was quiet and very secure. Would recommend to a friend or stay here again.

The best apartment I have stayed in. Beautiful and the location is brilliant. Very well equipped and comfortable. We had daily communication from the person who looks after the apartment checking if we needed anything..... There height of the mezzanine is a bit low (If you are 6ft or over...) but this is a very old building and once you know that, its not a problem. I can highly recommend to anyone to stay here. It's on the 3rd floor, but there is a small lift. When we return to Rome, I won't be looking for anywhere else to stay.

Location plus! Located literally at the pantheon this apartment is spacious and conveniently located to access all areas in Rome by foot without the need for a car. The host communicates well and provides all information needed for your accommodation and stay. The apartment is an upstairs downstairs configuration with a loft like second level. Toilet bathroom and storage upstairs whilst the bottom level has a fully functioning kitchen, dining and lounge that converts to another sleeping area. Be warned - if you’re taller than 5’10 you’re going to bump your head on the roof of the upstairs or choose to sleep downstairs if that bothers you, but I personally wouldn’t let that deter you for this is a great location and good comfortable accommodation in the heart of Rome with a fantastic host who makes it easy. Thanks to Andreas for his help and will see you next we are in Rome

Amazing Roman Holiday...tucked away safely right next to The Pantheon!

The most incredible accommodation right in the center of it all....total privacy, security, and convenience, that made our stay absolutely incredible! I highly recommend, and will for sure re-book this wonderful apartment! Andrea was the best host ever, attending to our every need, and checking in with us each morning! Grocery store around the corner, taxi stand right outside the door....everything you need! Washer, great AC, mattress, pillows, and large bathroom with extended closet area! I give it an A+++++. !!
