Paolo was so helpful with suggestions on restaurants, tours, maps and the best gelato in Rome. The apartment was beautifully decorated and homey and comfortable. We had 5 people and enjoyed the extra space. We would definitely stay here again. The colosseum was just down the block!

Our stay was great. The location was terrific. It was within walking distance of the sights and plenty of restaurants. The bus stop was right in front and easy to negotiate. The apartment was clean and quiet and well stocked. We would recommend the apartment.

Host and location were great.
First - Paulo (the host) was wonderful. He made resturant and travel arrangements for us. Answered all our questions. Second - location was truly within sight of the coliseum. Yet it was in a neighborhood - lots of small restaurants and small shops. Third - the apartment has three bedrooms and two baths which is very large for Rome. I will mention that the bathroom attached to the bedroom is very small by American standards as is the kitchen. Lastly - we wanted to experience Rome like a Roman which this apartment allowed.

The Manager Makes The Difference Here!
A comfortable apartment...very close to the Coliseum...but the difference is the EXCELLENT property manager, Paolo! He defines customer centric service...from pre arrival communication to arranging for airport transfers...to meeting us for an early check in he was one of the best we have encountered - He has a number of apartments...if you don't like this one check out his other options! Close to Colosseum
Our stay at this location was ok. Paolo was very helpful during our stay. The apartment is very old, and several times during our stay there were very strong sewage smells. We needed to keep all the windows open to help keep this down. I would advise the owner of this apartment to put a non-slip coating on the floor of the bigger shower since it becomes very slippery when showering. The elevator is very small and only two people can go up or down at a time; henceforth if you have a large amount of luggage with you it takes quite a while to get it downstairs. Location was pretty far from everything except for the Colosseum.

Fantastic!
Paolo was amazing! He made the whole trip seamless and easy. His tips on where to eat and non tourist spots to see did not disappoint. The apartment was in the perfect spot, within walking distance to many sites and bus stops. We were a family of 6 and had lots of space! The kids loved the lift bedroom. If we are ever back in Rome we will 100% stay here again.

Great location and great host!
Nice and clean, 3 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. (Water pressure a little lower but not unexpected. Pretty much everything we needed like spices and coffee etc although we cooked out a lot. A great lift to bring you up and down. A few steps inside the door. Little shampoos and soaps etc.. not too much to buy. Located close to several small stores and a grocery store 1/2 block down. Also several nice restaurants very close within 3/10th of a mile, tops, more if you are willing to go 4/10 of mile the other direction. Eating dinner watching the sun set over the Coliseum was amazing. You can grab the metro or a cab and get across town to the Vatican easily. Paulo was amazing with custom maps with links and suggestions and helped us get taxis anywhere we needed to go. If your lucky you’ll get Max. Have fun!!!

Paolo was very helpful & accommodating from booking to throughout our stay. Answered all of our questions, greeted us at the unit and gave a full tour, offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. Just a great host. Unit itself was very comfortable. Location is within sight of the Colosseum (just a few short blocks away). We did not use the kitchen, but there was a place to get coffee and pastries a few doors down toward the Colosseum and many restaurants just a block or two away. We were a group of three couples and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The property is in an excellent location for a great Roman holiday. There is only a 5 block walk to the coliseum, which is an easy place for orienting to the many other interesting sites and neighborhoods of Rome. The owner and his people at the property are friendly and good to work with.

We stayed in July and it was hot! But the AC worked well. Great communication with Paolo, he was able to set up transportation to the airport and from the train station. Very helpful for a family of Kansans. We were so close to the colosseum and were able to walk down to see it at night quite easily. There is a small store if you turn right out the front door and a bistro a block down if you turn left. Both were appreciated! Nice roomy flat with plenty of room for five adults to sleep and hang out between outings.

This apartment is accurately described and served us beautifully. We were on a 15 day trip through France and Italy, and this was our favorite apartment through the journey. Communication with the host was great. In addition, the host personally met us at the apartment, helped us get our bags upstairs, and is just an all around good person. He even has a map he has put together of some of his favorite places to eat, shop, etc. The location is great, too. The apartment is stocked with everything you would need. We 100% would rent this place again.
