Other Rome historic sightseeing spots are very easy to reach by metro ("Manzoni" metro station is just 2 mins walk away): San Pietro and the Vatican Museums, Spanish Steps and the shopping area, Trevi Fountain, etc.
This awesome studio consists of a living and dining area, a sleeping area (with double bed - bed size 180 x 190 cms) and a bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, autonomous air conditioning (two separate fan coils, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area), autonomous heating (through fan coils and a heater), microwave oven, Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Upon check-in the guest will be requested to sign a lease agreement.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 90 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 08:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
