Very welcoming helpful staff. Coffee machine always available in entrance. Always lots of police and guards around being near the American embassy and other guarded buildings. We arrived very early just to drop our cases off but our room was already. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here

Great location, about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Near great places to eat that aren't filled with too many touristy area. Very quiet location and very safe since its located next to Italian Government buildings. We stayed here twice, a week apart. And this is our new favorite place to come back to. I would note, this isn't a typical "Marriott/Hyatt" type of hotel with full service. Its more of a local/european style.

Hotel muito bom, muito bem localizado e a poucos muitos da estação central e pontos turísticos. Limpeza e conforto excelente! O atendimento da Giulia e da Indira é excelente, super atenciosas. Recomendarei esse hotel a amigos e com certeza voltarei!
