The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good and the coffee individually made was a nice way to start each day. The room was clean and they gave us fresh towels daily and changed the sheets when we wanted them changed. Overly pleased with our stay here.

We had a nice time. The staff were very nice. Oxana checked us in and was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. The room was not a bad size for Italy. Bed was a little smaller than I thought as Expedia listed the room as Superior Double but it had everything we needed and a nice large balcony. It is an old building and does had a few issues with the walls cracking in places. The shower had an issue with the seal at the bottom letting water get into the floor and we did let them know so they can get someone to look at replacing the seal. Breakfast was nice to have included, the selection is a little small but it was nice. Quite a central location which was lovely for getting around, near the Metro station and not too far from the railway station. Also near bus and tram routes.

4/5 Stars. Stayed there with my partner (both 20s) We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Pros: - Clean room, helpful staff, very close to metro and good restaurants, breakfast good for Italian standards (be aware that Italian breakfast is typically lighter, no eggs or bacon more think more danish and coffee) always someone at the desk including night security, feels very safe. Cons: - Elevator doesn’t work, though wasn’t a problem for us might be for others. TV didn’t work either (unsure if it was just our room, and we did tell staff but staff working that night was unable to fix it, and we didn’t end up asking again because we were so busy). Mini fridge was also not working but wasn’t really a problem for us either. Quite a small room, bed takes up entire space of the room.

This was our first time in Rome. The hotel is really cute, the rooms are nice, and the staff is so sweet. We enjoyed our stay here and would deffinitely stay again. Its on the outskirts of the city centre so its not touristy or crowded, and it's only a 5 min walk to the Metro.

Great breakfast options. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We arrived just a couple of minutes before the lobby closed for the night (10:30pm) but the staff did not rush us through the check-in process. They expalined everything we needed to know, room access, breakfast, etc. and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left.

Great hotel with pretty good breakfast. Few minutes away from a metro station or about a 15-20 min walk to the main train station. Great dining options nearby. The rooms were smaller than expected and I heard footsteps through the door along with other conversations.

Had a great stay here, the staff are all very nice and helpful. Recommendations for nearby restaurants were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was handy every morning. Handy to get about Rome if you're happy to walk. There are no faults with this hotel and would stay again!

Friendly staff, we loved the breakfast and the surprise balcony, would have been good to have the single bed rather than a sofa bed and there were a couple of small cleanliness issues in the room but other than that very happy with our stay.
