Trato nefasto

Si tienes algún problema en la habitación y preguntas, te van a contestar q si no te parece bien te hubieras ido a un hotel que cueste 100€ la noche, que no te puedes quejar, ya que para ell@s 35€ la noche no es tanto, que como tienen vida privada no te pueden ayudar...Y como no funcionaba el jacuzzi que utilizaramos la ducha, cuando lo único que llama la atención de esa habitación es la bañera. O por lo menos eso es lo que me pasó a mi.. Después lo solucionaron, (acusando de tocar aparatos electronicos de ell@s) pero vaya contestación!! Presumen de buen precio y después te saltan con esas palabras... No aconsejo para nada el hotel, sobretodo, me reitero, por el trato nefasto... Y la habitación tampoco es impresionante, ni si quiera hay ventana que puedas abrir porque es interior. Hay otros hoteles que merecen mucho más la pena en Roma.. Por supuesto jamás volveré a este hotel.
