Amazing location a few meters from Trevi fountain! Rooms were very clean, spacious and had a great view! Only thing better than all that was the service from the staff. Available 24/7 via WhatsApp and always willing to help!

Air conditioning was horribly loud, otherwise the room was big, great location, stairs are a bit of a climb given most old buildings are. We have the room next to kitchen which gives extra space for hang out.

Amazing location that is a 2 min walk to the Trevi! Outside the door are shops of all kinds and a very quick 15min walk to the Pantheon and ~20min walk to the Colosseum. Very clean and love the historic building! Had everything we needed minus a small fridge. Also, the safe was so small we couldn’t fit our electronics like laptop and iPad but that wasn’t a big deal because the building is VERY secure and safe! Other than that it was an amazing property in an amazing location. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you have difficulty going up and down stairs, they are pretty steep (the building was built in the 1400s). There isn’t a lift. The staff there is also very helpful and friendly! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you Piccolo for a phenomenal first experience in Rome!

We really like the spaciousness and character of the room. The refrigerator and sink space is nice. The location is great with the Trevi fountain nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. It is an entertaining atmosphere on the street below. As mentioned in other reviews, this is on a very busy street and it is very loud late into the night. There are some lights that shine into the room even with shutters and curtains. There is only 1 “all purpose wash” in the shower. You may want to bring shampoo and conditioner. Overall, really enjoyed this space.

Perfect location and conveniently close to lot of places in downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive since a week before our arrival preparing everything to make sure our arrival and stay was very smooth and comfortable. One of the best places where I have received an amazing hospitality from the staff.

Our first trip to Rome and we were very pleased with our stay. Very kind staff and great communication with us. They allowed us to leave our bags while preparing our room which was so helpful coming straight from airport at noon. Clean and spacious room right by Trevi Fountain with great location for restaurants and taxis or hop on hop off bus.
