I thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip. My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas. But if you're willing to take a short cab ride, then this is the place to stay !

Not for a tourist

Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area that we were given access to, no hot pot in the room like described, no iron available, blow dryer overheats and stops after a min, water pressure in shower cuts out after about five min just to name a few issues. Just very mislead for first time visiting Roma and knowing nothing about the city.

Small boutique hotel in quiet neighborhood a little way from downtown Rome. Nice new modern decor. The caretaker is lovely and helpful. Great breakfast. Good communication. Safe area.

Lovely modern, clean room and fab shower. Bit of a soulless place though. I think there were about six rooms down in the basement. View of the pavement from the window. It's not a hotel, just rooms. Someone pops round in the morning to make breakfast. 4k from the centre of Rome so used public transport to get in and out which was quite reliable but beware some buses don't run on a Sunday. Rome is absolutely amazing. Something interesting to see round every corner. However the litter is quite bad.

All we can say is 'wow'! This is a very small property in a great area of Rome. From the time we checked in until we left (after 9 days), we were thoroughly impressed with our room, the ambiance of the property and the friendly helpfulness of the owner Angela. Cleanliness and class are two words that come to mind as I think back to our stay. As far as Angela is concerned, she treated us like family and added little touches like little Valentine's day chocolates. Don't hesitate to book!!!

I booked the place for € 408, however it turned out that I needed to pay another € 50 for some taxes. I think it should be noted on the site besides the price and that the room is in the basement, towards the street and there is no daylight because the shutters have to be lowered constantly. The hostess was very kind. We didn't have heating, hot water and a TV the last day and she offered us breakfast as an apology.

Great stay at Parioli Place.

Parioli Place was brilliant, central to most attractions and easy access to the transport system if you didn’t want to walk. The host Angela made our stay extremely pleasant, she was very helpful in making our stay very comfortable. The neighbourhood felt very safe with a lot of local bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Rome.

Absence totale de communication, les seuls messages de la part de cet établissement ont été fournis sur whatsApp à 22h30 alors que le mon smartphone était hors ligne. J'étais devant une porte sans lumière à mon arrivée à 20h15, devant un digicode muet; questionnant voisins et commerçants qui ne connaissaient pas du tout ce lieu d'hébergement. C'est grave! Conclusion , j'ai pris d'urgence une chambre dans un autre hôtel.

Exklusives Gästehaus in guter Lage

Wir waren für einen sechstägigen Städtetrip in Rom. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichbar (Wochenticket für 24 Euro pro Person ist zu empfehlen). In der Straße des Hotels befinden sich mehrere exklusive, sowie gut und preiswerte Essensmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war neu, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Schnelles kostenloses Internet und Eurosteckdosen vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Auf das Frühstück (5 Euro pro Person) haben wir verzichtet, sah aber sehr umfangreich aus. Wir würden das Hotel unseren Freunden empfehlen und auch selbst nochmal nutzen.

Excellent Hotel

I highly recommend a visit, very close to central Rome, with easily accessible public transport. Clean, comfortable and modern rooms and an outside area. Off road parking available (first come, first served basis) Excellent, friendly staff with local knowledge.
