A very simple but clean place to stay, friendly staff, value was great, location great. Breakfast was good, somewhat limited but we were aware of that. Overall, super convenient, very clean and location unbeatable. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and met our needs. Convenient location from Termini station. We are just very American lol. Room was located in an apartment building, 2 blocks from the reception/lobby. We were given directions, and found the building, but had a lot of issues finding the room. My husband had to go back to reception for new instructions. Lots of stairs and a very scary European elevator. Otherwise, fine. Room service came once a day to replenish towels and toilet paper. They held our bags for us at the lobby for free before check in, too.

A very good hotel at a very good price. Super friendly/helpful staff. Very close to Terminii station and surrounded by very good restaurants where one could eat at a very reasonable price. I would certainly come here again!

Like everyone else says, the location is perfect. So easy to get transportation. The hotel itself? Wonderful for the value. Don't expect fancy or extra amenities for one of the less pricey hotels in the area. It's basic, but works fine. It was clean enough, quiet enough, and staff helped when I needed help. Everything worked, and my wife and I were happy to get some good rest. Don't expect a 5 star hotel...or 4. Do expect basic amenities that are completely manageable.

This hotel has small rooms and is a bit dated and in a noisy part of the city. However, it is clean, safe, and the staff were great and friendly. It is also conveniently located near major transportation, making getting around the city extremely easy. We were only in the room long enough to sleep and shower, the hotel worked perfectly for our family of 3.

Clean and well maintained

The staff in this place is amazing - front desk and breakfast area make you feel like home. For them; this should be a 5 star rating. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We unfortunately had 2 main - it was very hot and what the rooms have are some sort of air coils; so despite it running; it was always very hot - the WiFi isn’t reaching the rooms well -breakfast is decent and the location is great for all public transportation nearby

Overall stay was ok. Good air conditioning and comfortable enough bed for a night. I am one nice person and it would take a lot for me to write a bad review but I must say the front reception man was so insanely rude and short with me. Not helpful in any way and just made the arrival to the hotel super uncomfortable.

The check in was fine although they required holding a passport as a key deposit. The room was in a building 2 blocks away. The front desk clerk walked us over there and gave us instructions on things. Clean room but in a noisy area. Had a free traditional breakfast of “cornetto e cappuccino” at the main hotel. It was close to Roma Termini and checked all the boxes we needed checked for staying one night in Rome before heading north.

the accommodation was chosen because of its location. the expectations were not very high, but the condition of the beds was poor. there were no mattresses in the beds, but the sheets were on top of the frame mattresses. the bed had springs on the surface and pressure on the body everywhere.

For a 2-star hotel the interior is outdated and warn out. But it’s clean. Airco did not work but an open window was sufficient but noisy during the night. 24/7 reception was handy but not all staff had good english.

Close proximity to central station. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was very very loud from both hallways and outside noise. Shower head was broken and water poured out everywhere also flooded rather quickly. Bed was ok apart from pillows were that flat and hard they may as well been non existent. Air conditioner in room barely works. Overall poor property and im super tired!!

We stayed for three nights with a family of 5. The location was perfect beside the terminal central train staition so very easy to travel to all of Rom'e attraction. Lots of good dining options, grocery and drug store near by. The room was very basic with thin mattresses and the air conditioner barely worked . It included a single bunk bed, single bed and double bed so at least we had space to sleep for 5. There was a basic continental breakfast with choice of coffe/espresso type beverages so good enough to start the day. I would recommend this as a budget friendly option for a family of 5 only if you are not planning on spending too much time in thw room.

My family of 4 needed arrived at Rome Termini late at night headed to a cruise port the next morning. Mirage was a perfect place for us because it is literally across the street from Termini so we felt very safe to just cross the street to our hotel. I was not comfortable with walking or taking a taxi late at night. Although the building was old, our small room was sufficiently equipped for our night stay. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt very clean and crisp. The breakfast was a pastry and a coffee plus a variety of yogurt, cereals and toast. The lady who served us was very kind. Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised by how comfortable Mirage was. I will be back again if I ever head into Rome Termini late at night with a morning train the next day.
