Whilst it proved a little difficult to arrange check in once I had this information it was simple enough. The room and property itself was spacious and clean. Excellent value for the price.

We had to leave immediately

Dodgiest place I've ever seen. Booked last minute due to delayed flight issues. Host sent us wrong details for check in so took over half an hour to get into building, apartment is filthy and door didn't lock for room, and heard loud snoring in next room. Was so disgusting and unsafe we left immediately and called hotels til we found another place. Host tried to charge us extra for 'late check in fees'. Honestly I'm disgusted hotels.com has this place listed, it's made me think twice about booking through this company again

I was very disappointed with my stay. The water was cold and the room itself wasn’t clean, which made it uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the locks didn’t work properly, leaving me feeling unsafe. The room was also cold, and despite trying, I couldn’t get it to warm up. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not at all what I expected. I would not recommend staying here.

Para empezar llegué a la dirección y estaba en una calle escondida, antes ya me pidieron la tasa de 6.00€ por adelantado, y dijeron que si pasaba de las 21:00 tenía un cargo ya que tenía que venir alguna persona abrirme la habitación cuando no fue así ellos tienen una caja fuera del edificio, lo veo todo como una estafa llegue a la habitación y no podía abrir la puerta de la habitación estaba toda rota y cuesta al abrir la habitación toda sucia las sabanas olían a pies el cuarto de baño asqueroso, no lo recomiendo para nada los enchufes no servían para cargar mi teléfono era todo sucio el suelo el baño la bañera asqueroso olia toda la casa a comida y sucio , no vayais no lo recomiendo para nada y muy lejos de todo pido la devolución de mi dinero

All'arrivo sono costretto a contattare il numero indicato su expedia che mi dice di chiamare un altro numero, lo chiamo e la persona milanta di avermi scritto su un servizio di chat che non utilizzo e che quindi non ho ricevuto (è sì vero che alla fine dell'email di riepilogo di expedia viene indicato di contattare la struttura 24h prima del check-in, ma è la prima volta che noto tale richiesta in tanti anni e comunque mi sarei aspettato di ricevere una chiamata o un messaggio dalla struttura stessa, non penso di essere l'unico a non aver letto quella nota), vengo poi costretto a fare una foto al documento d'identità e mi viene suggerito di inviarla via sms, funzione che il mio telefono non supporta, e di pagare la tassa di soggiorno via link, ovviamente questa necessità non viene evidenziata nella pagina. Riesco ad entrare nella struttura e scopro che: - Manca la carta igienica in entrambi i bagni - uno dei WC non ha né tavoletta né copriwater - l'altro WC non ha la tavoletta e non c'è né il bidet né la doccia, questo per 7 camere (se ho contato bene) - nella mia stanza non funzionava la luce da soffitto, fortunatamente c'era una da pavimento che funzionava - una delle prese era staccata dal muro con i fili a vista - non c'erano prese per la corrente vicino ai letti - l'antenna della tv era scollegata e volante sopra la tv - La colazione viene fornita attraverso dei coupon in un bar vicino, sono stato informato troppo tardi (40m dopo) per poterla provare

L’unica cosa buona alla fine è il prezzo ma ovviamente se costa poco è perché qualcosa manca. La sicurezza è molto poca (a me è stata data una chiave che non chiudeva a chiave la mia stanza) e la pulizia non c’è. Vi dico che se volete spendere poco alla fine è una buona soluzione ma bisogna avere spirito di adattamento.
