Great place for a short stay in Rome

Was a bit difficult to find, but once we got in, it was as expected. It's not a traditional hotel, but included minimalistic breakfast and the location was great with easy access to public transport and plenty of nearby restaurants.

Great location close walk to campo di fiori and main historic sites. Comfortable room and bathroom. Make sure you have local internet service as you need to msg owner to remotely open the door when you arrive- which was an issue for us coming straight from airport!

It was okay but not my cup of tea

It was hard to find. Three different addresses were given. I called the number in the website no answer. ChatGPT found a number for me that someone actually answered. The A/C and the WIFI were not working the first night but they did fix them both after they were told. It is very noisy with the other guests staying in the rooms right next door as they come and go. The bedding was slightly stained. The location was in the middle of nowhere but close to everything. Yes breakfast was there if you like a cold piece of bread, no toaster, packaged processed sweet bread type things, yogurt, old shriveled plums and instant coffee. There was not enough coffee to go around. It said breakfast was 8-10 but what does that mean when there is nobody there for the 3 days We stayed? You have to go to you bathroom to get water to make your instant coffee.no water in the little kitchen. It was a bit bizarre.

Struttura in centro storico a Roma, comodissima per girare a piedi e per raggiungere tutti i monumenti più famosi della Capitale. Eredito è un host speciale, gentile, simpatico e disponibilissimo. È stato a nostra disposizione dall'arrivo, dandoci delle dritte su cosa visitare, e fino alla fine, venendoci incontro per l'orario del check out. La camera è esattamente come si vede in foto, pulita e spaziosa, e tutto ciò non ha che migliorato una già bellissima vacanza. Da tornarci a occhi chiusi!!

Good place for healthy people

The pros are: Nice room, good location, good hosts. The cons are: tiny little elevator, only big enough for one person, host not on duty all the time, kitchen had no sink or stove, only a microwave and a fridge. This place is a former apartment, with 3 bedrooms with bath to rent, and a communal kitchen. The bedrooms and baths are good. The location is good, near the Vatican. However, it is not for someone who has trouble walking, or uses a walker. Nearby is a good coffee shop, Barnum, and up the via Vittorio Emanuel II a great Tratorria called Luigi's Via Pellegrino has many interesting shops. This is a good place, for friends to stay - they could each have a private room and bath, and meet for activities.

We had a great stay at the Maribea, very comfortable room, good breakfast, super location. Kimberley was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. What I would suggest is to include the door number in your address because it will help to find the door quicker and not having to go on the other side of the street. Overall it was a very good hotel and we look forward to go back again.

This was a lovely property so close to many areas of old Rome. Elevator was old but functional. Our stay was great . Ederito arranged us transportation to the airport and even showed up at 6:30 am to make sure the cab was there.Would return again.Only issue we had was finding the place. We had the street name but no street number was given to us, Asked multiple people and finally found one who directed us to the right location,Small name on buzzer was all they had. for ID. but the stay was worth the inconvenience.

The Mirabeau hotel is an excellent value. This is the perfect place for the independent, self-sufficient traveler. This is for someone who does not need extensive concierge or hotel services, but is happy striking out on their own. The facilities were similar to air bnb. We had a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable room and a pull out cot as a second bed. The bathroom amenities were very nice. The best part of this property is the location, which is right near that Campo de Fiori and a short walking distance from so many attractions, including Saint Peter’s, the colosseum and the Pantheon. would definitely return here again. It was a little difficult to find, however once we met up with the concierge, there were no problems.

Está en un lugar inmejorable, cerca de todo para ir andando, el mobiliario está todo nuevo, han abierto el verano pasado y aún están añadiendo cosas aunque ya les queda muy poco, solo pequeños detalles como algo de menaje, los dueños aceptan cualquier sugerencia y son muy agradables, intentan complacerte en todo, un detalle que tuvieron con nosotros es que a mi marido no le gusta el café para desayunar y toma chocolate y ellos no dudaron en ir a comprar en ese mismo momento para que al día siguiente lo tuviese para desayunar. Además nos ayudaron a conseguir un Transfer para el aeropuerto mucho más barato que las tarifas oficiales. Nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable. Las camas son cómodas y está todo muy limpio, repetiría.

This was a three room B&B all with ensuites. Owner was very obliging and provided a good continental breakfast. Walking distance to Vatican, and many other attractions. Rooms were quiet with good security. Taxi, mini mart and laundry close by. Would stay again.
