Wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at this place was amazing. Nuri the manager is wonderful. We arrived early and our room was already ready. The place is super clean, fresh towels daily and the room is cleaned daily. I will recommend this place and next time we visit room we will definitely stay here again.

Great private place. They went out of their way to provide additional information when I was checking in. Felt very safe and walkable to all over Rome. We would stay again. They also included a mini fridge and a few drinks.

terrible experience, no reception, our shower didn't heat up and we had cold water for several days. room with dirty dirt on the floor, but the location is great. Close to everything. It doesn't have an identification plate so you can only access it with a code, it's important to know this so you don't have difficulty finding it.

Our stay here was fantastic. We were greeted prior to check in with a message asking if we needed help finding our way/making arrangements to get to the location. We were conflicted on bus or taxi and we were given a lot of advice on both options. Upon check in, we were greeted promptly and very pleasantly. The room was even bigger than expected with a beautiful view and every amenity you could think of. We even got advice on where the best places to eat were and we were given a contact to ask any questions at any time. If we ever come back to Rome we will absolutely rebook here.

Centrally located for most of the sights. Loved having the square with all the restaurants just around the block. Room was clean and well kept. Just a few small items out for breakfast and coffee. It met our needs.

Super convenient area to visit Montepulciano, all of Tuscany and parts of Umbria. Beautiful location and property was gorgeous. The hosts are super friendly, responsive, and gave great recommendations.

It was a great hotel to stay at, central location, staff was really easy to communicate with and gave a bunch of good recommendations for restauarants. Bed was really comfortable and quiet rooms. Really neat old elevator in the building-although it smelled like an old building. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice place great location but place needs work. Water would turn off all the time, no hot water at times, elevator has issues, blankets itchy dont seem to use softner, ac controlled by other rooms not independent, ac would not cool as wanted, inflexible in the way they service clients.

From the moment we booked to when we left, Atul made us feel so welcome! We were treated like royalty! He was quick and responsive, and helped us with our questions from the best way to get to the hotel from the airport to what to do in the hours before our flight to the next destination. The room was spacious and even better than it was in pics. It was in an excellent location, very close to many attractions, shops, restaurants and right by the bus stop. We discovered great pizza next door and Atul recommended incredibly tiramisu a block away. Hands down, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! This is portrayed as a hotel which it’s not; it’s converted rooms in an apartment building and takes up the majority of one floor. There is no sound proofing. The condition of the property is not as shown in the photos; many areas were dirty (light fixtures, smudges on walls, hair on the bed). I would not recommend this hotel.

There is only one benefit to this enterprise, and that is the host. The rest is a disaster. There is no sign at all, but you need four(!) keys to get inside. The second key broke and we could not to get out inside our room for a long time. There was no one working reception, and nobody to answer the phone, as well as no breakfast.
