Luxury Trevi Apartment

This elegant apartment, 50 meters from the Trevi Fountain in the historic center, is located on the second floor of an ancient and characteristic building in the center of Rome with a lift. It is composed of a large living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious and functional kitchen. The house consists of a large and bright living room with three large windows, armchairs and a comfortable sofa, TV and large dining table. Splendid hand woven carpets make the environment even more refined. A corridor leads to the other rooms of this spacious house for rent in Rome. We find a first bathroom with shower and then a bedroom with a single bed and access to the apartment's balcony. In the final part of the corridor there are two other large bedrooms: one with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed and a private bathroom with shower; the second with a double bed and a magnificent private bathroom with hydromassage tub. The house is also equipped with a comfortable kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator, a microwave oven and an electric one, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The floors are covered in parquet while a Vietri ceramic covering was chosen for the bathrooms. Air conditioning and Wi Fi connection are available in all the rooms of this house for rent in the center of Rome.

Domitilla met us and showed us all around. She was friendly and helpful offering suggestions for restaurants. We had a nice stay in the apartment. I think the pictures make it look a little nicer and brighter than it is. It’s a bit tired but had what we needed. Nothing luxurious. It’s on a very crowded touristy street, but easy to get to all of the attractions.

This place was perfect for a family of 5. The air conditioning was key since were staying in August. The street out front is busy with people, shops, and restaurants but you are right in the middle of the action. Very spacious and clean. We look forward in staying here again.

Perfect everything… That location was just steps away from the Trevi fountain, and the Spanish steps right around the corner. Everything was close by including many restaurants, shops, pastry, shops, and Gelateria’s. It was more than we imagined!!

Perfect location just steps from the Trevi Fountain. Dozens of nearby restaurants and gelato shops. High energy and great for people watching. Grocery store a couple of blocks away, and metro access within 750m. Front rooms loud from the crowds, but subsides after 11PM or so.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! It was in the center of everything! We were able to come back after lunch for a quick shower, and then out the door again for dinner. During the heatwave of 108+ definitely appreciate it. Inside the apartment was perfect and very roomy!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome. A stones throw away from Trevi Fountain. Even though it’s in the thick of it all the apartment is very quiet and provides a sanctuary after a day of exploring!

The building is very old and a few things in the kitchen didn’t work properly and well as the furniture was quite uncomfortable. The location was great tho and we were able to walk to everything. The owner and manager were very helpful and able to answer all our questions.

This was a fantastic apartment with a great location, right in the heart of everything. Be sure to understand that with this location comes noise late into the night and early morning, but this was not a poor reflection on the apartment. It just is what it is. One shower had poor water pressure, but other than that it was really great! Would definitely stay there again.

A large, generous and beautiful space for our family, with every amenity provided that we needed. Excellent communication and clear prompt assistance with transport. In the heart of the action, steps to the Trevi Fountain, restaurants, gelato, shopping, street performers, etc. We feel sad to leave. 😉

The location is great but bring earplugs. The front bedroom is extremely noisy. If you are a night person it's great but the noise lasted till way into the night. PS - One thing it needs is a toaster!!

Great home base for a trip to Rome. The apartment was large and clean and as advertised. Being able to arrange airport pickup and drop off was an added plus. Some reviews have said it’s noisy but you are right in the middle of the action so of course it is. That only applies to the front bedroom and ear plugs work wonders. We were there for the heatwave in July 2023 and the air conditioning was wonderful.

The location was fabulous! The insulated windows in the master bedroom worked well in keeping out busy street noise. The apartment had plenty of room for our family to enjoy our vacation. Front door was difficult to open so it needs a little maintenance. Would have been nice to have enough essentials stocked like toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, loved the vacation would recommend this Apartment!

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of unlimited shops, restaurants, sight seeing. Only a block from the Trevi fountain. Well equipped including espresso machine. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. This is the only room that it is noisy in since all the constant fun and excitement outside. Simply use some white noise app on your mobile phone at night.

The apartment is perfectly situated if you like to be in the middle of everything and in walking distance to the shops and main sights. It's huge, comfortable for 5 people. The tiling, flooring and detailing were really beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the windows did a pretty good job of keeping out the noise. If you're really sensitive, try to get a room on the back alley side. There could definitely be some updates made to the showers and shower pressure. I also wouldn't recommend using the washing machine, especially for delicate clothes, the rinse isn't the best here.

Location is amazing. In the early morning before the crowds arrive you can actually hear the Trevi Fountain. Agree with other reviewers that it is a little loud in the master bedroom. As long as you keep the windows shut and shut the bathroom door it is not bad. We enjoyed watching the crowds out the window. Very clean with everything we needed. Only issue we had was poor WiFi signal. Would definitely stay here again though! I miss Roma already.

What a terrific flat - right in the middle of everything, 1 block away from the Trevi Fountain. Great Bars (for coffee), Sandwich shops, restaurants (skip the ones right near the flat and hit the ones suggested by the owners that aren't tourist traps). Flat was bright and airy with alot of space. The location is right in the shopping district - which is a plus - but know that you'll just need to close windows facing the street at night as shops and restaurants are open late. Closing the windows worked great (I'm a light sleeper) as I slept thru the night without issue!
