The apartment has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (with towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo) and another bathroom outside the rooms with bath. A sofa bed in the living room and a small bed with bars for children (under 4 are free on request). The kitchen is fully equipped, utensils, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, toaster washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, Kettle, iron and ironing board.
In the living room a flat screen TV 55 with internet available and free wi-fi.
The balconies (2) overlooking one of the most famous streets for shopping.
Very close to the Metro Ottaviano and many public transportation, you can reach any part of Rome.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and 1 child under 4 years old.
The Quarter is full of life, from shopping to the Vatican Museums, Cinema, Theatre, banks, pharmacies public transport, all just a few meters from the apartment.
The district is definitely famous for much visited Vatican Museums with the wonderful Sistine Chapel, (just 100 meters), but for the Romans is also known for the famous Triumphal market, a local open market with infinite possibilities of Gastronomic choices.
A toll parking is available nearby.
A neighborhood full of lawyers, notaries accountants due to its proximity with the Court of Rome, as well as famous for the shopping streets, Via Candia, Via Ottaviano, Via Crescenzio, dense streets of shops that will lead carelessly towards the Old Town of Rome. Great neighborhood, perfect accommodations for family party of 4 - 3 adults, one teen. Rooms were spacious and all en suite bahrooms much appreciated…plus a bonus full “hall bath”. Check in process super easy and host was very communicative.

This apartment has the best location within walking distance of a market, train station, restaurants and not far from the city center where most of our tours were. Francesca is very responsive and we truly felt as if this was our “home away from home” while in Rome.

This listing was BETTER than described! Plenty of room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The location was great, there was a big market across the street, lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood and a 3 minute walk to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a party at seven, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We love the neighborhood. It was too busy, but had everything we needed in walking distance. A close train or bus ride to all of the main attractions. We have no problems, checking in or out. But the host was always available to attend to any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment located in a great neighborhood. The Vatican was a 5 minutes walk. The host was quick to respond to all questions. The home was exactly as described. The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it the ideal apartment for our 2 families. We hired the private chef for dinner and it was by far the best meal we had while in Italy.

This property was perfect for our group of 6. Clean and well appointed. Plenty of room to relax after a day full of touring. Best access to the Vatican tours. Plenty of handy restaurants and groceries. Loved watching the crazy traffic from the balcony. The host was awesome. Great and timely communication. I recommend this property.

Our adult daughters, my wife and I enjoyed our stay in this “Cozy Flat” situated just one block from the Vatican Museum entrance. The flat is furnished with state of the art appliances, comfortable bedding and secure. Air Conditioning is available on warm days, while we enjoyed getting fresh air, and sitting at the verandah window while having our coffee while watching the neighborhood come to life in the morning.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Francesca made sure we were taken care of and also that it was comfortable. It was so close to the Vatican and all the surrounding stores, restaurants, and shops made it convenient to find things to do. We would stay here again for sure! What a wonderful experience! This property is very rare in Italy. All three bedrooms had their own private baths and there is an additional bathroom in the hall as well if you have visitors. We have never seen such a well equipped location. It is just steps from the Vatican and the Mercato where we daily purchased our food. Multiple restaurants are nearby and the subway is very close as well. We hope to visit again very soon. Thank you Francesca!

Francesca was very nice. Many great restaurants in this area. The Vatican museums were a block away. Lots of shopping here. Don’t forget the combination Francesca sends you. I temporarily lost mine and was in a panic when I didn’t get a response for my call asking for help.

The only thing was that the main hallway light leading to the front door of the apartment was burn out which made it difficult coming in and out because it was pitch black. Otherwise we’ll equipped and comfortable! They also supplied contacts for a driver and a tour guide which made it so handy for arranging our plans!

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our time in Francesca’s apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to The Vatican. There are great restaurants and shops close by as well. We highly recommend the driver, personal chef and private tour guide that Francesca suggests - all were fantastic. We even had 4 additional family members staying nearby join us for the amazing dinner Daniele prepared - a great memory for a special family vacation in Rome.
