The area was noisy, but we expected this. I didn’t like that the family rooms were in an annex building and we were not eligible for breakfast included option due to size of our party(4). The concierge was very friendly.

This property was worth it for the view alone. Our Bedroom balcony overlooked the Pantheon. Of the 3 bedrooms in the apartment ours was the least quiet but we weren't expecting it to be quiet. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend.

Location, location, location and EXCELLENT staff. Dennis, whom we checked in with, was personable and did everything he could to make our stay pleasurable. He carried our luggage up the stairs, assisted with transportation and gave wonderful recommendations for gelato, restaurants and sight seeing. And the breakfast he made was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, the juices tasted like he squeezed them himself. This location was an easy walk to most tourist attractions.

This property cannot be located in a better location! It is literally a half block from the pantheon with tons of restaurants, dining and shopping that are walkable. Most sites in Rome are walkable yet the taxi stand by the pantheon was a lifesaver as well. We cannot say more about the staff at this hotel. They helped us book all of our cars to and from the airport and the port. The rooms are not large, but they are definitely very clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was a gem right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome! Short walking distance to most all tourist sites! Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was perfect...they helped haul our luggage up stairs even! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will come again!!

The guy at the front was super kind but other than that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. For the amount we paid I don’t think this place was nice in any way. There was hair in the shower, grime in the corners of the bathroom and we found bugs in the bed. The only positive was that it was spacious.
