Location was perfect walking distance to center as well as very close to several bus stops and metro The staff and owner are very helpful and nice Room was okay for a short stay. The property was clean and had good amenities. The room was reasonably small but a good option if you’re out and about sightseeing as it is close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Very close access to a metro station meaning it was relatively quick to get to Roma Termini.

Excellent location for walking and exploring the city. We enjoyed walking to the Spanish steps, trevi fountain, the Vatican, Colosseum, and discover our favorite pasta, pastry, gelato places in town

It is a great location. Was only one night but would definitely stay there again. Confusing to register as there is no reception and is difficult to communicate when ya have no wifi. Travel light as there is a lot of stairs to carry heavy luggage. We we lucky to arrive when someone was there to help us with the key pad and luggage

Pleasant and quiet place to stay. Great for travellers who want to be exploring by foot. The location was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and with no safety concerns. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Room was clean and comfortable. Patrizio was helpful in getting me checked in and acclimated. La Piccola Maison was conveniently located next to great restaurants and shopping. I was able to walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps in a matter of minutes. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is very small. The shower is terrible. The air conditioning is noisy, sometimes blows out hot air instead of cold air and there’s five flights with no elevator.

Our adult daughter stayed here 3 nights - booked out where we were staying and it was great for her. External private bathroom. Spacious room- clean and tidy. Good communication and assistance with check in. We travelled directly from NZ!! Good clear instructions to self check in. Would recommend. Good location.
