LANZIES is a large apartment on the ground floor, recently renovated, with 3 bedrooms all with private bathroom, quiet, with a large terrace accessible from all rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Right outside the Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station, a shopping center 5 minutes away, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy close at hand. We are on the ground floor, so there is no need for a lift: very convenient for luggage.
15 minutes by metro from Termini, 20 minutes by bus from and to Fiumicino, 20 minutes by bus to Piazza Venezia.

We do not ask for supplements for breakfast: you can do it comfortably seated directly at the bar next door according to your tastes.

Great place for extended family or friends

This place is great to rent all three rooms and get common area to yourselves. Each room has its own bathroom and terrace entrance, then a common kitchen/living area. Metro is right there and a few stops to Vatican or historic district. Great restaurants and easy store access as well. Max also is a very helpful host for any details needed.

Super Aufenthalt

Max war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Obwohl wir eine Autopanne hatten und erst mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind, hat er uns unkompliziert geöffnet und alles abgewickelt. Die Lage in der Nähe der Metro ist optimal, ein Supermarkt und diverse Lokale sind in der nahen Umgebung. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
