non sceglietela! quell'obbrobrio non è un hotel, tutt'al più potrei chiamarlo affittacasmere con bagno interno. poi le foto non corrispondono assolutamente alla camera che abbiamo affittato, povera, letto banale e materrassi duri, abat jour senza lampadina, in bagno nemmeno una scalgia di sapone, figuriamoci shampoo o bagni schiuma! e poi il parcheggio "gratuito" non c'è: mi è stato risposto che nell'arco di un kilometro dalla camera, c'è qualche parcheggio per strada con striscie bianche...disponibile a tutti, cioè a chi prima arriva...a roma...in pieno centro!!!! l'unica nota sufficiente (appena appena) è marcello che cerca di dare un pò di educazione all'insieme della cosa. insomma, tutto sarebbe a rischio di denuncia. quindi non sceglietelo. infine il prezzo: per quel tugurio abbiamo speso 124 euro per due notti; domani partiamo per bolotgna dove abbiamo prenotato in un albergo QUATTRO STELLE, il My one, due notti per 118 euro, televisione e frigo in camera, sapone shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc. in bagno, parcheggio gratuito e colazione inclusa...non s ceglietelo.

WG Zimmer in Bahnhofsnähe

Unser Zimmer (extra verschließbar) war für 4 Personen, ein Doppelbett und eine ausziehbare Couch, aber nur ein Sessel zu einem kleinen Tisch. Küche und Eingangstür zur Wohnung war für 3 Parteien in der Wohnung. Unter dem Bett war noch jeeeede Menge Staub und die Dusche war auf nichts für schlechte nerven! Die ausziehbare couch war die bisher ungemütlichste auf der ich je geschlafen habe! Wir haben dann einfach nach der 2ten Nacht die "Matratze" am Boden gelegt dann gings! Alles in allem eine günstige Variante für einen Städtetrip im Zentrum Rom's, in der Nähe von allen tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nicht zu empfehlen für pingelige Reisende.

Esperienza positiva, però dovuta soprattutto al fatto che l'alloggio si trova al lato della stazione Termini e risulta molto comodo.

The property was not under the right adress. I end up at a place where they spoke only Chinese. Had to call to finally have the right adress of the guest house. The employee say it was the fault of Expedia. Was rude. Took an hour to get him to arrive on spot. Plus it was a bad neighbourhood.

Appartamento-hotel al 4 piano di un vecchio e decadente palazzo. Ascensore molto piccolo. Non c'era ne' carta igienica, ne' sapone, ne' shampoo. La pulizia della stanza avrebbe dovuto essere ogni 3 giorni ma non e' mai stata fatta. La persona incaricata di assisterci, oltre ad averci fatto aspettare 1 ora per la consegna delle chiavi, non ci ha mai inviato la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno, come promesso.

The Guest House was a Horrible experience

First and foremost. I had called to inform the Guest House we would arrive at 20h30 on the Italo train from Milan and they already told me I would have to pay Euro 30,00 for the late check-in. If I arrived after 24h00 they would charge Euro 50,00. We ended up arriving at 22h40 because there was a problem with the train from Milan to Rome. I phoned Marcello to inform him and he even spoke in Italian to the passenger next to me who was prepared to explain the problem to him. Marcello also told me we had to pay Euro 9,00 per person for cleaning. I refused to pay because I booked through Expedia and these expenses were NOT communicated to me. EXPEDIA you DID NOT INFORM ME OF THESE OTHER EXPENSES, the late check-in of Euro 30,00 and Euro 9,00 per person for cleaning. I refused to pay and showed him the email from Expedia which said nothing about these extra expense. I told them I would address the matter with you. If for any reason, you have deducted the Euro 30,00 and Euro 9,00 for cleaning I will take it up with you. On the morning of 8 August we left the beds unkempt to check if they would clean and make the beds. NO, when we returned to the place at the end of the day, the place was as we left it in the morning. I need someone from expedia to address this matter with me so that I am not perceived as the bad person here but if you have proof of having informed me of theses expenses please send it to me because I could not find it. There is NO TV in the guest house.

Um horror! O Local é o interior de um prédio muito antigo, sujo, desleixado, com dezenas ou até mesmo centenas de apartamentos. Não tem acesso direto ao local, sequer qualquer informação de sua existência. Ficamos um longo tempo na rua, debaixo de chuva, sem que houvesse atendimento do interfone. Até que, nos valendo de um estranho que adentrou o local, entramos no sombrio edifício. Contudo, de nada adiantou, pois o local estava completamente ermo. Mais parecia um filme de terror. Tivemos que voltar para a estação e fazer uma reserva em outro hotel, para não ficar na rua...

I travel a lot and this is easily the worst experience I have ever had. The website claims there is 24 hour reception desk - there is no reception desk whatsoever. The property is located on a rather dark street across tfrom the bus/train station, with numerous shady characters around. Website claims WIFI - it does not work. When I finally got the keys, they barely worked. Website says there is a lift (room was on 4th floor) - it only worked sometimes. Bed was like sleeping on plywood (and creaky to boot). It was so bad that I had to eat approx 400 euros and get another room. There wasn't even toilet paper in the room - I had to find a place to buy some. Then, to add insult to injury, the 'manager' told me I owed $16 in local taxes (which was legitimate) and a $10 fee for cleaing the room (even though the website said there was housekeeping). I don't know what expedia's policy is, but this property should not be advertised. I willl also be reporting what is essentially a massive fraud to the Italian authorities. Stay far, far away from this place - it is an absolute ripoff.

This is not a hotel!!

This should be labelled AirBnB and not guest house. No service whatsoever. The room is not cleaned at all! The WiFi doesn’t work. The rooms are not comfortable and the ventilation is terrible. Think carefully before booking.

Muy bien situado

La primera impresión no fue muy buena porque el hotel esta en un edificio muy viejo con un ascensor en el q solo caben dos personas, pero al entrar la habitación está muy bien, muy limpia, con aire acondicionado... Hyvää palvelua lähellä Terminiä

Majoitus sijaitsee aivan Terminin vieressä, joten liikkuminen on helppoa. Bed& Breakfast-tyylisessä majoituksessa ei ole respa paikalla koko ajan, joten meihin otettiinkin ennalta yhteyttä ja kyseltiin milloin olemme tulossa. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava. Plussana oli aamiainen (muroja, croissanttia, kahvia), joka tarjoiltiin keittiössä, jonka jääkaappiiin pystyi ostamaan myös muita aamiastarvikkeita itselle. Paikka oli perussiisti, muttei mikään viiden tähden hotelli. Viihdyimme paikassa erittäin hyvin ja eniten sen sai aikaan ihana, avulias henkilökunta.

위치는 굿 샤워실은 조금 비좁으나 청결하고 좋은 숙소임

위치는 최상의 위치였으나 밤에는 조금 거리가 무섭더라구요 객실은 깨끗했고 주인은 만날수 없었으나 하우스키퍼인 아가씨가 굉장히 친절했네요 베개가 너무 높고 딱딱해서 자는데 힘들었으나 전체적으로 괜찮은 숙소입니다 리프트도 있고 한국 엘레베이터와 조금 달라서 색다른 경험이었습니다. 항상 베드를 정리해주더군요 위치와 가격면에서 굿이며 욕실쓰는데 샤워커튼이 자꾸 달라붙어서 굉장히 불편했어요 샤워기도 고정되어있는 샤워기라 쓰기에는 조금 불편해요 샤워공간이 굉장히 협소함

Quiet rooms with provate kitchen area

We were greeted outside by the housekeeper, Paula, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are large with ensuite and clothes hanging but do not include a TV. Breakfast was cereals, toast and usual cornettos/pastires with drinks, the little kitchenette is useful on warm Rome days! The room were quiet and we didn't really hear other guests leaving in the early hours, a bonus in Rome!

Valuta for en pengene!

Veldig hyggelig vert og hushjelp, strøket noe shabby, men helt ok og følte oss trygge. Meget nært til all transport og informasjon og 15 min gåavstand til Colosseum.

テルミニ駅に近く、立地はすばらしい。好立地の割に部屋は広く清潔、しかし音は筒抜け。共用の冷蔵庫、食器類は自由に使えた。オーナーは親切だったが、ハウスキーパーの対応は悪く、ロストバゲージしたと相談しても私は朝の9時から10時までしかいないから。と一言のみ。 3泊してもタオルは変えてもらえないので注意。ただし、タオルは大、中、小と足拭きマットと十分にある。 夜にチェックインすると15ユーロ追加で請求されます。
