Gem of Torpignattara in Rome

Summary:

This recently renovated gem is located in a lively neighborhood with excellent access to the city center with metro and train as well as all the necessary services right on the doorstep. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a small sofa, which can be made into a bed upon request. It also has a small but fully-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. It also has a terrace and other amenities such as a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV.



The Space:

🛏️ One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm)

🛋️ A single sofa bed that we will set up as a bed only upon request or you are three guests.

The bedroom is very bright and has access to a terrace.

It has double windows so street noise is kept out.

🍲 It also has a full kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils.

🚾 A bathroom with a shower, bidet, and balcony.



🛜 The apartment has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a TV, and air conditioning.



Guest Access:

-Guest have access to all property except some storage area reserve to the property.

- The sofa-bed will be ready and prepared with sheets only upon request unless there is a third guest in the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Torpignattara is a lively, multi-ethnic neighborhood with excellent connections to the city center. You'll find bars, restaurants, trattorias, shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets right below.

All amenities are within walking distance, whether you're enjoying a hearty breakfast or just taking a break.



Getting Around:

Just in front of the building you find the Tor Pignatara " train station" (Line FC1 - Termini-Centocelle). (Schedule from 5:07 morning to 22:30 every 6-10 minutes).



From there you easily reach:



- The coliseum in 36 minutes: Change in Ponte Casilino and then Bus 81 (as an example) or you rather change in Termini station and take Metro Line B.



- Roma Termini station in 15 minutes from Torpignatara station. From there you can take Metro lines A or B to reach the Vatican, Pizza Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, or the Colosseo for instance.



The well know Pigneto Area is also very close and can be reach by foot in 25 minutes of with the train after only few stops in "S. Elena" station.



METRO:

The subway station "MALATESTA" (Line C) is only 900m away (10 minutes). You can reach "San Giovanni" station to change trains to Line A that reach the Vatican, Piazza Spagna...

for instance.



PARKING:

The parking area is free , and as in almost every part of Rome, it's not easy to find a free spot when you need it. The free parking areas marked with white lines. Not free parking areas are marked with blue lines.

The price for a day of street parking is usually around 8 euros. You can pay at the parking meter or with an app like "Easypark."
