Amazing location! Lovely room and it had a kettle, clothes steamer and safe. We booked an extra night onto our stay very last minute and it wasn’t a problem for the hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect stay

The location of the hotel was just a short walk from the colosseum, with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem - they were always willing to help including giving restaurant recommendations and helping organise our transfers. The room was very clean and modern and the shower was lovely too (always a good sign of good accommodation!) Would definitely return if visiting Rome again.

Maybe i wasnt lucky because my experience wasnt good as the comments would suggest. Checkin isnt an easy procedure if you are coming after reception time (you should have a phone or internet connection, and that wasnt clear when doing the reservation). Wifi didnt work in my room. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy. My tv wasnt working well. Staff was great and kind.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft, die einem das Gefühl vermittelt, in einer eigenen Wohnung in Rom zu verweilen. Das kleine aber feine Frühstück am Zimmer trägt das seine dazu bei. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Sehr freundliches unkompliziertes Personal, bequemes Bett. Haartrockner und Duschbad/Flüssigseife am Zimmer sowie Wasserkocher und Tee. Alles top!

Great location. We had to do a late check in and it was hard to find and get it. Then the wifi only worked if you were by the front door. The ac fan didn’t work well either. The front desk guy wasn’t super helpful or offer any fix’s either

Soggiorno perfetto!!! Stanza molto carina, pulitissima e silenziosa. Il proprietario, un ragazzo gentilissimo, è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili. Posizione ottima a due passi dal Colosseo, per visitare ogni punto della città. Zona servita sia per quanto riguarda i mezzi pubblici che per i servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermarket, farmacie etc.)

This hotel was amazing so close to the metro, shops, colosseum and much more. It was clean and a good size with modern decor. The manager of the hotel went above and beyond and really did make our stay that much amazing nothing was to much for him from helping us find cake shops to changing our breakfast times. The cleaner was brilliant he was fast and always tidied the room immaculately. All in all when we visit Rome again we will be returning to this hotel and thank you both for all your help.

When I arrived at property I was told I had no booking and hotels.com was at fault for taking my booking as they don't sell room for just one night. I was booked in to another hotel by kind Guy at reception eventually after 2 hour wait overall hotels.com not reliable

We enjoyed our two night here. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. We contacted them before our arrival and were able to store our luggage before check-in and were given helpful site seeing tips with a map. It was great being so close to the Colosseum and coming back to an air conditioned room during the heat of the day. We had an early flight to catch so they gave us a take-away breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Amazing service- nice spot

The hotel owner is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. He was good with restaurants, stuff to do, tours, cabs, Uber etc. He even helped me try and glue my suitcase back together after it broke. The place is hard to find as there is no outside signs- but if you have your information sheet with the address (we didn't) that would help for sure. The shower was great (2 shower heads), modern bathroom, standard size room for Europe. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Breakfast has 3 options included from a list and gets delivered to your room when you choose between 8-10. It is a small place - 2 floors with about 8 rooms total but I would absolutely stay there again. To save money the sheets and towels are not changed daily - you can pay more if you want that. But I always look at it as would you do that at home? Owner works the front desk so there is not some one there at all times. You always have access to the building. This would only matter if you had to check in late or needed something in the middle of the day. There is a take away breakfast option if you are starting your day earlier or checking out earlier. Once of the best hotel experiences. Just an FYI- no mini bar/fridge in room.

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay

Check-in was very streamlined and pleasant. When I had a question about my keys and the front entrance, I received immediate and kind attention and clarification. The room was very clean and cheerful. And the shower was great!
