A great hotel choice. Many nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and helpful when needed. The AC was very much needed and hotel nice and clean.

Very old building with renovated rooms. Lots of stairs. Plumbing is a problem with property. No coffee in room and no breakfast options. Dealt with 3 different front desk staff. One was very nervous (maybe brand new). Check in took 30 minutes (4 rooms). The other 2 agents were extremely good and helpful. I don’t think they have a maintenance staff which led to us having to change rooms. Location excellent for restaurants and shopping but it is in a very narrow alley. Street noise a problem late at night.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was able to walk to most places saving me time and money. The room I stayed and did not have windows so my body was kind of off, but I had a good rest. The room and restroom were clean, and the staff was extra attentive. That is always appreciated. I would definitely book here again. Maybe just ask for a room with a window :-)

The hotel has a great location, very close to everything in Rome and easy to walk around. The outside of the building looks a bit old (like many places in Rome), and the hallway to the rooms could use some fresh paint and a deep clean. But the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super friendly, and overall it was a good stay.

Prime location in the centre of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bright sunshine in our place but also blackout blinds when adjusting to time zone change. We really enjoyed Domus Ester

A cozy place to return to.

Cozy, Rustic and very nice room, nice appartment styled hotel. No fancy restaurant, but in the center of Rome with everything in walking distance, including supermarkets and restaurents.

The young lady running registration was slow and apparently not very experienced. She could not get the credit card system to work. The stairs going up to the rooms were poorly lit and in bad need of paint/renovation. Older building therefore older rooms that may have experienced some renovation but strangely laid out and not guest friendly as in no counter space for toothbrush, cosmetics, etc. There was a very wet, shower mat laying on the bottom of our shower stall. The only thing that worked well was the very expensive transportation to the airport the morning we left. €80 for two people. The other positive thing I would note is that it was centrally located in the middle of Rome.

Property location very good. It was close by dinning places like Trastevere & Campo de Fiori. Our rooms are cleaned every day, bathroom is nice and clean too. The staff are very friendly & easy to talk to. Over all our stay was great! Some cons are: our room was directly above the ground floor restaurant & was quite noisy at night during their opening ours. We just close the windows to avoid this.

The staff was so friendly and willing to help with anything you need! The rooms were very clean however the bathrooms are extremely small so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!
