Great stay. Location was perfect as it was convenient short walk to many sites and to train station and Metro. Room well kept in historic building. Sylvia was very informative and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

We had a warm welcome from our host who was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, had loads of character to it and was very spacious and bright letting lots of sunshine and fresh air in. The location was perfect and close to all the sights of Rome. We had an amazing time.

The apartment is located above a large public stairs, so there is hardly car noise. However, unless it is not raining on weekends it can ber very loud during night, as people tend to meet and drink there. The many big windows are great, but they don't offer any sound reduction. The situation in the other smaller room is better in this regard. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was painted and equipped in a very nice and stylish design many years ago, but could need some new work in some areas.

This is the perfect spot to visit Rome. Walking distance to everything (colesseum is 10 min walk). Our host was in good contact and the apt is so gorgeous and romantic. I wanted to stay longer.

Beautiful flat in an amazing historic Palazzo. We picked a fantastic place to stay. Loved the young and hip area, full of nice food and drinks places and within 7 min walking distance from the Colosseum and many other nice places. Amazing stay, clean, spacious just as prescribed. Location was the best part!! It is minutes/walkable to everything we need to visit and it is not suuuper touristy where it is surrounded by people. Surrounded by great food, drinks and It is just the right amount of quiet, authenticity and just close enough to get to where we wanted to go. Host very responsive and very helpful! Location is perfect, 10 mins walk to everywhere, neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Silvia was very nice, letting us check in before time. Apartment is large, but space is not well used. Beds are awful (both are sofa beds, very uncomfortable). May be good for a couple of nights, but no more. There is no sofa for resting after long walking days, you can only rest in bed, so you are not dying to get back home after the day. Bathroom could use some improvements, bad smell comes from WC. In general, good for a weekend, not for more days.

We wanted to stay for two days on our back trip from Apulia but just could tolerate one night. Our host is a very friendly person and the appartment is locateted in a central and atmospheric part of the city - but besides that we had not a pleasant experience. The windows of the main room are located above a small alley. No traffic - but you can hear the noise of the nearby restaurant or partying people at many times a day (or night). Unfortunately the windows are not soundproof at all. We didn't get much sleep. There is friendly staff for the tidying - but especially the bath needs better upkeep. At our stay it was moldy and had silverfishes. Also the add mentioned a pool, which was not present or at least not available. We left a day early and didn't get a reaction yet to our complaint.

Die Wohnung ist super in einem lebendigen Viertel gelegen. U Bahn und Busstation weiniger als 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abervsuch das Kolosseum und die Foren sind in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Gepäck konnten wir am Abreisetag im Büro abstellen. Das hat uns sehr geholfen fen letztens Tag zu genießen.

Wohnung in einer schönen und sehr authentischen Gegend Roms, fussläufig von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Absolut freundliche und zuverlässige Betreuung durch Sylvia - von der Buchung, bis hin zum umkomplizierten Auschecken. haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Beau séjour de 5 nuits, très bon accueil de Sylvia. Très bien situé avec Colisée et forum accessibles à pied. Seul bémol, mauvaise insonorisation et quartier très animé le soir!
