    The structure consists of 3 apartments, 2 of them with terrace. All units have been renovated with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

    Every detail has been thought out for your comfort, from high-speed Wi-Fi to customisable air conditioning and Smart TVs.



    Flat Cesare is an excellent choice for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. Renovated with attention to detail and high-quality materials, this flat offer two double bedrooms, a dining room with kitchenette, a spacious living room with sofa bed and three modern bathrooms. A large perimeter terrace, accessible from all rooms, provides an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the view. Guests will appreciate the many amenities available, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and smart TVs.



    The flat is provided complete with linen and towels for all guests. A daily cleaning service with a possible change of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost.

Fabulous Stay!

The apartment is in a lovely area near the Villa Borghese park. More residential than other areas, and very safe, with some great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and both ensuite bedrooms connected to the terrace. The beds and pillows were super comfy and Fabiano, our host was very helpful helpful and very responsive. We were able to keep our bags stored safely after check out. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay and would definitely recommend staying here! It would have been helpful to have more large towels each for our stay rather than just the one. A small improvement on an otherwise great stay.

Quiet Roman retreat in the city

This place was perfect for what we needed. The location was outside the heavily populated areas enough to avoid noise and crowds, but close enough to access many of the sites and restaurants you might want within 15 minutes normally. It has a suburban feel to it. There are plenty of easily accessible places for everyday needs (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants). There's plenty of space, and in essence both rooms together function as two master areas. We're from Texas so we like our AC and we never had a problem with temp. Finally, we loved the access to the patio area-perfect for morning coffee or enjoying wine at night outside. The only thing that would have made our experience perfect would have been a dryer for clothes. Otherwise a perfect stay- thank you!
