If arriving by subway- take Termini station B train towards Battistini. Exit the Cipra. conveniently located couple blocks from Vatican. Clean, simple, modern room. Easy electronic access.

Although not manned 24/7 and we arrived few hours before check-in time, Tetyana and her assistant was very accommodating with our big group for 4 rooms, and made sure we are comfortable and provided us water and hot tea, while waiting for our room to be cleaned. She made sure that we have good information about available dining, grocery, sightseeing, transportation options etc. in the neighborhood and Rome area.

Room is of a decent size, aircondition is a plus. Shower did not work, basically, in that it sprayed water of almost no pressure everywhere but on you. Breakfast was a croissant and juice + coffee. No point in paying the hotel for this. Otherwise, decent location, walking distance to the Vatican close to metro. PS! Make sure you have instructions for entering the hotel after 7 pm as the reception is unattended.

Dishonest owner.

We booked this place for two nights, but our flight to Rome was cancelled and we were arriving only the next day. I called the hotel, talked to the owner Evy. Let her know that our flight was cancelled but we are still coming. I asked her if we will have any troubles checking in early morning. She assured me that they will have a person at check in (as I understood rage have a limited front desk hours). When we arrived at 9 am we were told that they sold our room for the night our flight was cancelled to someone else and we have to wait to get the room. We have asked why should we pay for the room if they sold it someone else and we should either get S refund or have our room ready now. Long story short. We checked in only at 2pm and paid for two nights, including the one they sold to other people. And the only explanation we received was that they sold it on Expedia as a last minute reservation and they cannot refund us because Orbitz (where I booked the room) takes 50% fee and tgey will have to pay it from there pocket. This is the most ridiculous explanation from the owner I have ever heard. By the way when we called Orbitz to complain the owner told them that they had a repair going on in our room and they will get it ready as soon as it's done. Too bad we were staying in the lobby that minute and the place is really small about 5-6 rooms and there were no sight of repair. I am glad I meet other nice Italian people, because the first impression was very disappointing.

Perfect Stay

The bathroom was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. It was not loud at all. The host were all nice and it is conveniently close to a supermarket and the subway rail. Perfect stay.

Sehr feines, kleines Hotel mit toller Leistung

Aufenthalt war sehr gut, da die Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet waren. Die Mitarbeiterin war jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Frühstück war sehr lecker und für italienische Verhältnisse auch sehr umfangreich. Metro ist nur 3 min entfernt. Würde das Hotel in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte nicht besser sein!!

l'hôtel est de petite taille, ( 6 chambres ) bien situé, proche du métro, l'accueil est convivial et le personnel attentionné. les chambres sont propres, de style moderne, le ménage est effectué tous les jours. possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre ou terrasse. point négatif : l'insonorisation des chambres quasi inexistante , passage dans le couloir, tv des chambres mitoyennes. dommage ! le bilan de notre séjour à l'hôtel reste tout de même positif !

Hotel muy moderno

Super moderno y seguro. El desayuno delicioso y el staff súper amable. Muy cerca del vaticano, a una estación en metro y muy cerca caminando. El Coliseo y la Fontana de Trevi a 15 minutos en metro.
