Open the door, and you are greeted by a welcoming, air-conditioned apartment with high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment consists of:



- 4 spacious bedrooms (Room No.1 is a quadruple with a double bed plus a sofa bed for two; Room No.2 has a French double bed and en-suite bathroom; Room No.3 is a triple with a French double bed plus a single bed; Room No.4 has a double bed).

- 1 large living room with a sofa, a smart TV and a dining table for eight people.

- 1 modern kitchen (it is separate from the living room).

- 3 new bathrooms with showers.



Enjoy a peaceful rest in our four elegant and spacious double bedrooms, equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The living room is the most enchanting space in Lavinia Apartment. A bright place with historical appeal, surrounded by the beautiful wooden library that has different engravings on each corner: Theologia, Liturgia, Ius, Historia.



The large dining table invites you to enjoy dinner together after a day out and about in Rome. Finally, the living area is the space to relax, with the sofa, armchair, and smart TV.



The kitchen, new and modern, has everything at its disposal to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cooktop is induction, and there is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, plates and cutlery, wine glasses, and a freezer.

Lavinia is an elegant apartment in Rione Prati, a charming neighborhood just steps away from the historic center. The building overlooks a charming avenue in the characteristic Prati district: Via Crescenzio. The location is strategic, with all the main attractions easily reachable. The Lepanto Metro station (Line A) is a 8-minute walk away (800 meters from the apartment) and provides quick connection to the historic center of the Eternal City.



NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION FOR GUESTS AT THIS PROPERTY

- Lavinia Apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic building with an elevator.

- Please note that our guests need to climb 4 steps before reaching the elevator.

- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can ensure an efficient check-in.

- It is necessary to provide the identity documents before arrival.

- It is forbidden to organise parties/events inside the rooms. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

- Please, be aware that using multiple appliances at the same time can, in some cases, lead to a temporary power outage. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the appliances carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
