Disliked: Room comfort

Not as nice it as it looks

Parking was not available, so they gave us a different apartment with parking at a public ramp still half a mile away. The owner's rep was late for our check in, but very friendly. The apartment was not nearly as nice as the pictures make it seem. Rooms are small. Beds are awkwardly placed in the rooms. Bathroom was tiny with the shower being only about 2.5' by 2.5'. Entry way was dark, filthy and stank of trash that was stored within. No lift or elevator. Location was outstanding though.

une véritable escroquerie ! contrat non respacté

sommes trés trés déçus, nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement réservé, mais un autre PIAZZA DEI FIORI, l'endroit le plus bruyant de la ville. au lie des 150 m2 promis nous en avions environ 50 tv ridiculement petite; matelas sale, pas de micro ondes... portes de placards de cuisines disjointes. mal insonorisé ... des chanteurs de rue jusqu'à minuit et installation du marché chaque matin à 5 h 3 nuits sans sommeil !!!! appartement au 3 ème sans ascenseur avec des escaliers trés raides. salle à manger sans fenètre une rénovation cache misère
