The location is great. Very central location super close to the Trevi fountain, stores, and restaurants. The staff is so lovely and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The breakfast was a real treat!

It is a very unique family style hotel and stuffs are super friendly! Mariel is so professional, she makes us feel like home. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the patio very much! Will definitely stay here next time come to Roma!

Casa Modelli was better than we could even imagine. Perfect location, cleanliness was superb and morning breakfasts were amazing. Mariel and Karla were the best help with everything and were able to set us up with pickup and drop off to and from the FCO airport. I highly recommend Casa Modelli and have already shared the location with family and friends.

Great property in central Rome, a minute walk from Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was great, we loved the terrace which we used in the evening as a peaceful escape from the busy restaurants. The staff, particularly Mariel, were fantastic.

It’s located one min walk to fountain. Mariel Bacolores was our contact person at the Casa Modelli who was helping us with our needs as far as transportation and any other needs that we had. Property managers Mariel and Karla are excellent, always available and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and terrace is beautiful. They keep the rooms very clean and make a delicious breakfast and it’s clear that they have 5 star training. Without them, this property wouldn’t have the appeal it has. Somethings we wish we had known: The family room has windows that look onto another building - there is pretty much zero sunlight. There is no laundry, no lobby and no front desk - so as long as you are ok with that. There is also no car access to the front of the building - you have to walk with luggage down a long cobble stone street where the uber will drop you. Not possible if you have mobility issues but also surprising that this isn’t mentioned more visibly. Also the terrace is only accessible by a very steep staircase which is also not for anyone with mobility issues. This is basically several rooms/suites in a Roman condo building in a great location near fountain of trevi.

Great little spot, amazing location walkable to all. Rooms very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Beds good quality. Staff is super attentive and caring, and goes above and beyond. This is a very unique property and close to most of the historical sites. It is almost 50 steps away from the Trevi fountain and close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The property is located on a quiet street and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit that came with its own small living and Kitchen area. The terrace is so cool and breakfast served by the staff is amazing. They squeeze fresh juice every morning and even put together some vegetarian items just for my family. All in all an amazing place. We would stay at this place again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Modelli. The service with Marial, is like no other! She is helpful, charming, and so accommodating. Location is wonderful. Located at Trevi fountain, within walking distance to all major sites, we walked to the pantheon, Spanish steps, Colosseum!
