Everything is new. It has been recently renovated and was quite comfortable and very clean. Our room had just a double bed with bathroom and a balcony that connected with the common kitchen. There was everything needed...fridge, pots, pans etc. Great location for walking. Close to 2 Metro stations and buses and tram. Owners are Chinese but speak Italian (although they try not to for some reason) All in all good deal for the price.

Pour commencer ces une chambre d'hôte et non in hôtel merci de le confirmer sur le site. Serviette non changée pendant 1 semaine. J'ai aussi du changer la poubelle... Bref ces vraiment du moyen et hôtel. Com mettais que ces une chambre d'hôte.

Estabelecimento grande, bem localizado e muito limpo, porém os funcionários deixam a desejar . No local nao há recepção. Poderiam deixar um contato, bilhete ou orientação. Esperei 1 hora até que o vizinho se disponibilizou a ajudar e procurou o responsável ( que NÃO fala inglês) para nos receber. No mais, tudo excelente.

Отель - квартира из 4-х комнат, в 3-х из них небольшой собственный санузел с душевой кабиной, для 4-й комнаты фактически тоже собственный санузел, но проход в него через общий коридор (дверь напротив 1,5 метра). Общая оборудованная кухня, при желании можно готовить. Есть капсульная кофемашина, в наш заезд капсулы предоставлялись, что было приятным бонусом.Можно воспользоваться стиральной машиной за дополнительную плату (7 евро).Уборка в местах общего пользования (коридор, кухня) ежедневно, в номере уборки нет, смены белья за неделю не было.Отопление включали периодически, в основном перед сном, на ночь для комфорта хватало, а днем никто в номере не сидит. В нашем номере батарея при включении отопления подтекала, надо было успеть вовремя вылить подставленные баночки. Странно, что за все время нашего проживания хозяева, зная, что батарея течет, ни разу не проверили, сливаем мы воду или нет. От вокзала Термина 20 мин прогулочным шагом, до Колизея тоже где-то 20-25 минут пешком. Район, конечно, не самый привлекательный, так как близко к вокзалу. Но вход со стороны широкой, оживленной и освещенной улицы.При всех недочетах, по соотношению цена-качество твердая 4 (из 5). WiFi хороший. При желании сэкономить или просто ограниченных средствах (если цена за номер на двоих не больше 30 евро за ночь) рекомендую..

Foi um susto, pois ao chegar no local estava em reforma. Andamos bastante com as malas, até chegar no outro local que íamos nos hospedar. Já estávamos com medo. rsrs Mas depois, ao chegar no outro local era bom.

Recently refurbished so we had the pleasure of using the new facilities. More like an apartment. No front desk but we liked that as no one was constantly looking over our shoulder. However, the guy who owns the place always answered the phone and seemed to be a maximum of 5 mins away. He mentioned that he had other places around. Please note, on your arrival there is not much point of ringing the buzzer as the staff don’t stay there. All you will achieve is annoying the other guests with the constant buzzing sound. But like I said, just call, he always answers and the Chinese lady will be there in approximately 3 minutes. I don’t know why but I liked her. My friend felt differently but I found her inability to speak a word of English funny and adorable. Don’t worry, she’s always on the phone to the guy who owns the place who’s English is decent. The other guests were super friendly and kept themselves to themselves. Didn’t even know they were there half of the time. The bathroom was nothing like the bad reviews/pictures we saw online. It has been refurbished! Close to restaurants/ bars/ metro/ tram. 15 mins walk from the coliseum.

Lily House is a family owned hotel. There might be communication problem for people who cannot speak Chinese. The location is good, 18 minutes walking from Roma Termini. The hotel was just renovated and upgraded. Among 4 bedrooms, 3 of them have private washrooms and the other one use a shared washroom and should be used by the guest. Two things we liked: 1) The new window isolates external noise very well and makes room quiet (much better than friends staying in another hotel opposite to us); 2) There is a kitchen that can let us make simple foods, such as breakfasts. Lily House是个家庭旅馆，离罗马火车站Roma Termini 18分钟步行距离。原先网上看到此旅馆是合用卫生间，一些的朋友觉得不方便。此外网上评分不高，但我注意到这些不好评论都聚焦在服务上。有一人抱怨说老板是中国人，英语交流不行。我一看正适合我们，便与另一家朋友决定住这里。结果抵达旅馆后发现，房间状况好于预料。这是一个4睡房公寓套间，新近完成了升级装修。里面三间睡房都有房间内独用卫生间，有一间睡房虽然没有独用卫生间 但那个公用卫生间等于居住者独用。套间内还有厨房，这给喜欢煮点可口食物的旅客带来了额外的方便，感觉是住在高级公寓。尤为重要的是新窗户的隔音效果很好，街上的噪音几乎没影响。在对面一家收费更高家庭旅馆住的朋友就抱怨: 他们的窗户隔音不好，影响睡眠。

Bad place to stay

No good, really bad, bathroom tiny, dirty, water get stock in the shower, lining dirty, room dusty, beds very uncomfortable, mini fridge with hairs, tv doesn’t work, the hostel was in a dark zone, full of drunk people and homeless, they send me to a diferent hostel because the one I choose they said was damage. So in conclusion a very very bad experiance.

Vi købte selv håndsæbe da der ingen var på det delte toilet. Vi måtte bede værterne om mere toiletpapir da der ikke mere var. Værterne er kinesere som ikke taler eller forstår engelsk. Der var gammel mad i køleskabet.

Staff didn't speak a work in english, but they were friendly and indeed tried to be helpful. The english-speaking owner was available on the phone for more complex cases :) The location is perfect, very close to the major landmarks. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well as underground, trams and buses. The object however requires some serious cleaning. I know it's an old building, hence the infrastucture is a little deteriorated, but there is no excuse for extremely filthy kitchen facilities

指定の住所へ着き電話をすると、近くの理髪店へ案内され、そこへフロント係の方が迎えに来てくれました。そこから案内されるまま歩く事10分ほど。やっとホテルに着きます。部屋は清潔にしてあり広いです。テルミニ駅からも徒歩5分くらいです。予約するときに見た地図と実際に滞在する部屋の場所がぜんぜん違うのだけが難点です。

filthy place, stay away from

First of all, it is hard to find the apartment as there is no sign on the door, just the doorbell has a handwritten note that says "Lili H" taped on it. It is almost impossible to communicate with the hostess and her husband (they are Chinees) because they do not know English at all. There are 4 rooms in their unit and they live in one of them. So around 10 people are living there and sometimes you will have to wait for a long time to use the toilet, especially in the morning. The Bathroom is together with the toilet. The toilet was filthy and we had a hard time using the toilet. We did not use the bathroom as it was horrible. It had old dirty shower curtains and the walls in the bathroom and shower were stained with a yellow splash. There was no floor mat and the floor was wet. We did not use the bathroom as it was horrible and I wonder how themselves live there. The pictures are misleading and show a completely different place. The furniture was stinky and old. The TV is not connected to cable and it is basically useless. The other amenities were already used and had been there for a long time. We stayed there for three days but they did not make up our rooms, we only saw the caretaker during check-in. In overall, I trusted the provided information and reserved it but it was far from reality. I did not expect a fancy place for the price, but this place was well below its value. I do not recommend it at all.

Общий туалет с ванной не лучшего вида

Небольшой гест хауз, четыре комнаты, общая кухня и общий туалет с ванной. Комнаты в общем соответствуют фотографиям. Приятно было иметь кухню, где можно было приготовить ужин. Минусы: невозможно найти самим, никаких вывесок нет, приходилось спрашивать уже в местных магазинчиках знают ли они про такой отель. Общий туалет с ванной, раз уж они общие, должны быть очень чистыми. У нас такого не было, было очень неприятно. Также при заселении нужно было оплатить налог (сити такс) 28 евро, у меня было только 30, сдачу так и не дали. Мелочь, но тоже неприятно.

Fint til et kort ophold.

Værten kunne ikke engelsk, og vi måtte snakke med en bestyrer over telefonen. Vi skulle betale by-afgift ved ankomst, hvilket kun kunne betales kontant. Værelserne var ok. Der var dog kun 2 håndklæder, et lille og et stort. Sengen var kort. Køkkenet var ret snavset. Badeværelset var fint, taget i betraktning af at det skulle deles med de andre værelser.
