Quarto pequeno. Boa limpeza e boa localização.

Logo no início do check in tivemos um problema com o pagamento pois a responsável pelo hotel não havia tido a confirmação do pagamento. Após um bom tempo tentando nos entender foi reconhecido o erro pela responsável. Ocorre que, embora constasse das informações do aplicativo, além de mensagens avisando sobre o início do check in às 8h30, somente foi liberado o quarto às 14h. Como se não bastasse, ficamos sem Wi-Fi nos últimos dois dias de hospedagem. Quanto ao tamanho do quarto, muito pequeno para uma acomodação de 3 pessoas, pois não tínhamos espaço para transitar entre as camas. Não havia aquecedor no quarto, então sentimos muita friagem na madrugada, mesmo estando na primavera. Além disso, a exaustão do banheiro era muito forte, o que causava um grande impacto ao sair do banho quente. Ficamos satisfeitos somente com relação à limpeza do quarto, sempre limpo e cheiroso. Boa localização.

Localizado próximo a estação Termine, proximo a restaurantes e cafeteria. Limpo e bem cuidado. O box do banheiro é bem apertado. Custo beneficio bastante bom.

Perfecto!

La habitación y la atención reslmente buenísimas! La anfitriona realmente super amable y te ayudaba en lo q preguntaras. La habitacion y cama bastante cómoda. Lo que no me gustó mucho es la antiguedad del edificio. Sin embargo la habitacion estaba muy bien remodelada y adecuada a las necesidades actuales.

The accommodation was decent but very small. We could barely fit all our luggage (3 hand luggage and 1 checked in). Location is close to Roma Termini and tourist attractions however the walk to the walks were a little longer than indicated on hotels.com. For a 2 star room, this place is overprice in my opinion (€57.5 per night for 2 people + €3.5 city taxes per person).

Lovely room in lovely location

The room was basic but done the job for a city break. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels also supplied. Amenities included a hairdryer and also access to a fridge which was for use between a few rooms. The bathroom was nice but the shower was rather small. Overall if I was coming back to Rome I would like to stay here as it was in a nice location and a nice neighbourhood with restaurants near by.

Piccolo hotel a 10 minuti dalla Stazione Termini

Siamo arrivati con il treno da Venezia ed essendo l'hotel è a due passi dalla Stazione Termini, eravamo comodissimi per visitare il centro di Roma. Roma è incantevole.

Old building but new room

the building is very old, but my room was brandnew. The bathroom had no bidet, normally is usual in Italy to have always one. Breakfast is extremely poor, almost not existing: industrial muffings in plastic and a coffee machine. That's all! Internet is well working.

Sauberes Hotel nur 5 Gehminuten vom Termini

Wir haben 2 Sterne gebucht und erhalten. Wenn man etwas anderes Gebiet hätte, hätte man mehr erwarten dürfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin!

Rom 25-27 mars 2018

Hotellet låg på gångavstånd till termini. Hotellet hade bara 5 rum och reception låg 2 våningar ner och det var det minsta jag sett. Ägarna var supertrevliga jag hitta inte på gps så hon kom ner på gatan och hämta upp oss. Vi hade ett 2 bäddsrum på 11 kvadratmeter å badrummet var super fräscht resten var rent å snyggt men sängen var lite hård. Men den totala upplevelsen var helt ok. Fanns även ett fika bord utanför rummet med kaffe å juice och nån liten kaka.

Nettes kleines Hotel in Innenstadtnähe

Das Hotel lag in einer sehr ruhigen Straße etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof (Stazione Termini). Andy und Lu empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Das Hotelzimmer hatte einen sehr gemütlich gestalteten Vorraum und war selbst sehr angenehm. Einziger kleiner Mangel: geringer, gerade noch ausreichender Wasserdruck der Dusche. Sehr ruhig. Dasd Auschecken bestand darin, den Schlüssel einfach in der Zimmertür stecken zu lassen. Direkt neben dem Hauseingang gab es eine äußerst preiswerte Frühstücks-Bar mit sehr gutem Kaffee odr etwa Schinken-Käse-Toast. Alles bestens!

Great location and staff but not comfortable.

The Bad: - It shouldn't be called a 'B&B' as they don't provide breakfast - Very small room - Shower is very narrow. I'm of thin build and I struggled to move in it - Toilet does not flush properly. Had to use the plastic bin full of water to flush - Bed not comfortable The Good: - Great location. Very accessible - Great staff - Clean - Safe neighbourhood - Restaurant next door is very good and reasonable

Cozy and clean! Just what we wanted... :)

We only stayed for a 2 nights but we really enjoyed it. The room was small but with a big bed a nice window and a tall ceiling. We had sheets and towels with us because we have had bad experiences in the past, but in the end we never took it out of the bag because the room was really clean and had towels and everything :) I think it's ideal for a couple! It's a 5 minute walk from Termini station from where you can take a bus or metro to wherever you want. Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely choose it again :)

Buena opcion por su ubicacion cerca a Termini y a sus conexiones de Bus. No habia nadie cuando llegamos por suerte nos llegaron a abrir. El personal muy amable. En relacion precio calidad esta bien.

Very good value for money!

Hotel is on great location, rooms are small but very clean. Stuff is nice but not present, we saw them only on check in and once time later to pay the room. Actually, this is fine for me but it wasn't nice feeling when you come to new city and doors of hotel are locked. They should put some note on the doors. Except this thing on arrival I would highly recommend this place!
