Ancient Rome View Apartment

Luxury apartment located on the third floor of a building with elevator on Via San Nicola de’ Cesarini, in the heart of Downtown, a few minutes away from Piazza Navona, Campo de’Fiori (famous for its colourful open-air market), Piazza Farnese, the Pantheon, the Capitol Hill, Piazza Venezia and Trastevere. Finely furnished with a classic style, it is comprised of a living room equipped with wi-fi and LCD TV, a dining room, a comfortable double bedroom with LCD TV, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a second bathroom with bath-tub and a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer. Every room is equipped with air conditioning. The apartment is enriched by three little balconies offering a wonderful view over the archaeological site of Torre Argentina- where, according to the tradition, Julius Caesar was assassinated on 15th March 44 B.C. (the famous Ides of March)- and from where you can enjoy the sight of the Romanic bell- tower of S. Maria in Cosmedin Basilica and of the Baroque domes of S.Carlo ai Catinari, S.Andrea della Valle and S.Agnese in Agone churches. 1st Experience in Roma

The host was extremely helpful walking us through the apartment and things to look out for. He recommended several great places to eat as well as different driving services and coffee shops!! I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The location is perfect. Walking distance to most of the sites. The apartment was larger than it appears in the photos. The property manager was quick to respond to all of our questions and check in with Alessandro was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

In the heart on the Ancient City

We were in Rome for the Ryder Cup and this location was perfect for our stay. Great location within walking distance of all the attractions and great restaurants!

Amazing stay in the best location in Rome

A wonderful, spacious apartment in Rome overlooking incredibly historic ruins. What more could anyone ask for? We had an amazing time, and would love to come back.

THE VIEW IS EVERYTHING

Wonderful holiday

The location could not be better! The home was lovely. There was a very sweet bar/restaurant just outside the entry that served the best drinks and food you could ask for - got at least a nightcap there every evening. We were within walking distance to most everything! Clean, comfortable and charmingly furnished. We loved it! My husband, and two grandchildren (17&18).

Everything we needed!

Beautiful apartment near cafe/reataurants/coffee/groceries/taxis! We did take taxis to sights but very inexpensive 6-10euro. We stayed in for dinner our last night and enjoyed the sunset and people passing by. Our favorite spot was looking at all the cats coming out at night and letting the people petting them. Enjoyed apartment immensely

Ancient Rome Apartment ❤️

The apartment was great and the location was fantastic and central to everything we wanted to see and do. The view out of apartment windows was exactly as advertised and amazing. The apartment was roomy for 2 couples. Just wish there was 4 comfortable lounge chairs in lounge room and more pillows on the beds and that the Second room bed could be converted to a double would be nice. Otherwise the perfect place to stay.

Unique location above the Largo, no need to buy a ticket for the archaeological site below! Large and bright apartment we’ll situated for Pantheon, Forum, Fiori, Jewish Quarter, Trastevere within ten minutes walk as well as easy taxi and bus interchange. Great Rome sightseeing base.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for our first stay in Rome. The Pantheon was 2 short blocks away. We walked to the Colosseum, Trevi, Trastevere and the shopping district. The only place we used a taxi was the Vatican, and to he train station with our luggage. The balcony over looks the ruins, and the apartment is furnished with antiques. The one queen bed and 2 twins were perfect for my family, as well as the 2 bathrooms and a small clothes washer. I can’t wait to come back!

Large comfortable apartment with even better view

Our family of four stayed three nights. The agent communicated with us as we were delayed in arriving. He meet us at the front door when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. The building is located in a busy square but on a large pedestrian walkway. It was also quiet. The location across the walkway from ancient ruins was wicked cool. We could also walk to many of the attractions. Just blocks away was a quiet square with many restaurants with more amazing ruins. If ever back in Rome I would try to book this apartment again.

Superb base for a sight seeing weekend

For a family of 4 this is an ideal base to locate yourself for everything you could need. Hosts were excellent, friendly and very helpful organising taxis for us to and from airport. We had a great stay in Rome where the apartment provided us with all you will need. The apartment itself is typical old style Italian but has all you needed. Warm, clean and provided the essentials for a 3 night stay. Would go back to same location and apartment. Great weekend. Thanks to hosts and team- excellent hospitality.

Great location

I have all good things to say. Just a word of caution about the elevator/lift. It is small. And we got stuck in it. After that incident, we were provided the keys so the stairs were an option.

Largo Argentina

It is a lovely apartment with a spectacular view of Largo Argentina. Ideally situated to many things - grovery stores, Colosseo and the other sitea in that area, museums - Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, Capitoline Museums Pallazo Massimo, Palaazo Altempts. Easy walk to Pantheon, Trevi, Piazza Navonna Campo dei Fiori. You can walk to the Vatican, the Ettuscan Musuam and Villa Bodghese or there is a cab stand right at Largo Argentina. Great place, great location with air conditioning - which was fabulous in thhe hot summer weather.
