We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is truly excellent — lively, full of energy, and right in the heart of everything. It was a joy to walk out the door and be surrounded by charming streets, restaurants, and all the Roman atmosphere you'd hope for.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. All the appliances were modern and in great working condition — having a washer and dryer on-site was especially convenient during our trip.The host and his team were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated.Do note that the area can get quite lively on Friday and Saturday nights, with noise from nearby restaurants and bars. We personally didn’t mind it and enjoyed the vibrant energy, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.Overall, it was an excellent stay and we’d gladly return!

We had 3 couples for my family staying at this property. It is just as good as the pictures indicate, maybe even better. The check in with Giuseppe was quick and the place was spotless and ready for us. As nice as the apartment is, the location in even better. We were able to walk to everything and there are dozens of restaurants nearby. The en suite bedroom is very quiet; the other 2 bedrooms face out into the plaza with 2 restaurants. It was a bit noisy even with the windows closed, but mostly white noise that didn't bother anyone. There was only 1 set of keys so we had to coordinate between the couples when we went our separate ways; it would be better if there could be at least 2 sets of keys.Think we each gained 5 pounds just due to the 150 flavor gelato shop next door. My favorite was Chocolate Venezuela...
