"The air conditioning was not working on two floors of the hotel so we were transfered (and upgraded I believe) to another hotel which is part of their group. They covered the transfer by taxi and offered us complimentary drinks. All in all they handled it very swiftly and it was all very seamless. They could not have handled that situation better. "
